After reading other's positive reviews on reddit, I proceeded with the process. The websites user interface is clean and organized, making it easy to go through the process. Next steps were listed clearly. Document upload was simple. The buyer was an acquaintance of mine and she reports similar positive experiences. The online chat was super responsive. Each representative i spoke to at different stages were courteous and helpful. It seemed like the type of service one would receive from a small family business. One the transaction was complete, the buyer got the car and instructions were given on filling out the transfer information on the car title, specific to my state. I sent the title certified mail (a few extra bucks to ensure receipt). The day the title was delivered, they emailed me right away, and transferred the money the same day to my bank account.
