I had an excellent experience using KeySavvy to purchase a vehicle from a private seller who still had an active lien. I transferred the full purchase amount to KeySavvy, and they handled the entire transaction, including paying off the seller’s loan directly with the bank. KeySavvy essentially acted as the dealer: they purchased the vehicle from the original seller and then resold it to me. They provided me with a Virginia title showing KeySavvy as the seller and me as the buyer. This made the transaction much safer and simpler because I did not have to send money directly to the private seller or deal with the lienholder myself. The entire process was secure, professional, and transparent. I highly recommend KeySavvy, especially when purchasing a vehicle from a private seller who still owes money on it. It does take a while to get the title though, but they provided temp tag.

I’ve bought a couple cars from out of state private sellers. Using Key Savvy is the only time I wasn’t worried about getting scammed. Smooth and almost effortless service. It’s absolutely worth it for the peace of mind knowing everything is legit and on the level.

This is the second time I've used KeySavvy. Once to sell a vehicle and now once to purchase. Their pricing is fantastic. This allowed me to fly up to Montana, look at a vehicle and pull the trigger on the spot without having to come back with funds in hand in a place where my bank does not operate. The seller could be in the next state and could leave the car with his family to do the transaction. It makes the process a game changer if you are good at shopping around for the vehicle you want and you want to be able to look beyond dealerships.

I recently sold my car thru keysavy and the process was simple and straightforward. They have excellent customer service. My car was still being financed, but they took care of the whole thing paying off my loan. Paid me what was owed and then sent me to the DMV link to process the final release paperwork. All and all I couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you.

I knew it was time to sell a classic car of mine and it was worth tens of thousands of dollars. I had big concerns about being scammed or safely receiving payment. KeySavvy provided very affordable peace of mind. They have pretty generous phone and chat hours outside 9-5 M-F. And every one of them nice and informative. I'm going to use them again when I sell my other classic car. And would consider or recommend them for anyone buying or selling a daily driver as well. I'm not a bot or a shill. :-)

Was a little nervous about selling online, but checked reviews and the BBB. Would use again and would recommend.
