Poor and incorrect advice given, and when followed no refund. Don't buy from them
I needed a new remote key for a 2008 Mercedes Benz ML 350 and asked them about what key I would need. They sent me a link to the one to buy and their website/email response says to contact a local locksmith to get it programmed. Which i did after I got the key. But no-one of the 8 local Auto locksmiths I contacted are able to program the key, in fact not even Mercedes Benz authorized repair shops or the dealership can code the key I got. So I wanted to return it but that is not possible. So you ask for advice, they get you to buy a key and tell you what to do, but God forbid that they tell you the truth. So I would advice others to make absolutely sure - not by asking them at keylessremotewarehouse.com - but a Auto Locksmith or repair facility first if and how a key can be programmed before you buy anything from them. Personally I will never deal with them again, I think they are scamming customers and obviously do not have a fair customer service policy. So now you are warned.
