Scammers gonna scam. This company is not legitimate. They will send you the wrong remote/fob and then play dumb when you contact their customer support (which is really trashy in their emails). Playing dumb is how they get you to send the remote back, to which they will either replace your remote/fob with another incorrect one, or refund you with a 30% restock fee. My suspicion is that this is how they make their money. They put minimal effort into maintaining the illusion of being a legitimate business, but they are fraudulent to the core. I also am very suspicious that this "business" is run entirely by one person, and there is no actual "warehouse". Stay away!!!

Run away from this overpriced scam for the worthless product you get. Customer service is horrendous and they send you wrong product and extra money to try and get it right. Avoid this company! I ordered a viper remote with specific features that was very expensive. They sent me one that look like the days of Nintendo and even the company who reprogrammed it for me laugh and said, where you get this! Worthless company!

Wouldn't return a fob that didn't work and was in terrible condition. I sent it back and they wouldn't refund or return the fob. Not happy.

They sent a cracked remote that looked different than my original which I had used to find the replacement. When I tried to get it installed, the dealership said it wouldn't work with my system. I returned the fob, and Keyless Remote Warehouse gave me a refund minus a 30% restocking fee. With shipping and the fee, it costed me $80. They might be a scam business where they send garbage and just make money from the restocking fees. At first, I was thrilled to find a replacement for my discontinued remote, but this expensive and ungratifying experience sucked. Buyer beware!

Do not purchased used recycled key fobs. It is a big mistake and after purchase from this company, there "tune" changed a bit. They promised yo pay for return shipping because they sent me a faulty fob which they said was not. I have had thus system on my truck for 14 years. I know this Python system well and I know when one is not working properly! I would strongly advise that one dies not order from this, their sales site!

Purchased a Remote and it lasted 2 Months ! Was told that I should have contacted them earlier! Well It just Broke,why would I contact you earlier? Morons! Don’t buy here they sell crap and don’t stand behind it. I’m out $80 !🤬

Bought a replacement fob that didn’t work. I was told before I purchased that it was guaranteed to work or I’d get a refund or replacement. They “forgot” to mention the 30% restocking fee....which is ridiculous. I tried to reason with the company and basically cursed at via email and told tough luck. I’m now disputing the charge via PayPal. Don’t fall for their defective products and horrible customer service.

I ordered a keyless remote from Keyless Remote Warehouse (keylessremotewarehouse.com) and it arrived just as the country (and certainly my city) were shutting down because of the pandemic. I wasn't able to get the remote programmed for about 5 weeks, at which point I learned the company website had recommended the wrong FCC # remote for my car. When I asked Keyless Remote Warehouse to exchange it for the correct one, they said it was beyond the exchange window of 30 days. When I explained I couldn't take it to a locksmith to be programmed because of the shut down, they replied "We have been open." Wow...remarkable that they think locksmiths should be open when the rest of the city is shut down, and that I should go to a storefront even though we are being told to stay home. When I sent them a draft of this review and asked them to reconsider, they responded "Nicely done, Perhaps your mama told you that you were special - you still have to follow the rules ...now be a big boy and deal with it.
