They just sent me - twice - a request for a 5 star review. Email was to a large group of people with all emails visible. So no happy they have my email. I had one purchase there 2015 years and they send a fob which did not work. I tried to fix with Aut dealer but no luck. I mailed it back for an exchange but KRW refused to exchange it, because they claimed they received it 1 day after 30 day return window. I had mailed it a couple days before the 30 days, after spending many hours trying to get the fob to work. They were rather rude in their communication.

I bought the correct remote, and when the local professional locksmith tried to program it, it did not work. The locksmith explained that the remote must have been programmed and cleared. Toyota remotes cannot be reused. KRW said my locksmith lied to me. They want me to pay to return it and also a 30% restocking fee. I opted to throw it in the trash. It's not about the money, it's about KRW's crappy return policy ad their rudeness.

Garbage keyfob. Use a local locksmith.

very bad service. im buying a specific key for mercedes, and send me a incorrecvt number, then reqwuest return the key for replace, i need paid for shipping, and more important, the car needs stay in the shop for a new correct key. impossible

Even after taking the key fob to an authorized auto locksmith, it would not work at all. I returned it and was only given a very tiny refund instead of the full amount. Plus, I had to pay for shipping.

Do Not Buy Anything from Keyless Remote Warehouse. Total Ripoff Company. I purchased a Key Fob remote from them. When it arrived I took it to both and independent lock smith, and then to my local Toyota Dealership. Both told me that the key fob had already been programed to another car, and was not able to be reprogrammed for my car. KRW would not refund my money. Telling me I was lying to them. I lost $200 to this Total SCAM company.

If I could leave a minus I would I’ve waited over a month for an order that is clearly not coming!!! This place is a scam DO NOT BUY
