purchased a single serve Keurig for my daughter's dorm room and it worked for less than 3 months. i went through the proper steps and troubleshooting for them to tell me they would send a replacement as mine was defective. then they refuse to accept my proof of purchase (name of store, date and amount on my cc statement) since i did not have the receipt anymore. it's a piece of crap as was the full size one i bought years ago and swore i would never buy another one but it was the easiest to get for my daughter's dorm room.

This is my 2nd Keurig. I will never buy another one. Both after 4 months the drip became clogged, even after cleaning. Last 3 monthly cleaning(both using Keurig & Vinegar) it continued to drip slowly both in pot & single cup. If cleaning valve where water us dispensed. We also use distilled water. Can reach anyone to assist me. In addition I did not receive a water filter cartridge. Call cs, had to buy it. So disappointed in product & CS. AGAIN, NEVER A KEURIG FOR THIS HOUSE@

Whatever you do, do not order directly from Keurig.com. If something is wrong, the return process is an absolute nightmare. Had to call multiple times even though I was promised return calls. Have to pay for return shipping on your own, which with the size of a brewer box is crazy expensive, about a third of the price of the brewer in my case. It would be nice if they could just offer a label for a return fee since I'm sure they get shipping discounts with everything they send. Even after sending brewer back, was promised in return instruction email that I would receive funds back in 7-10 business days. Have waited that long and still have not seen anything in my account. Contacted them again this morning only for them to have to send it to someone else who is will supposedly call me back in 24 hours. Not holding my breath... Edit: I did not receive that call back either, so had to call them again this morning. Was finally transferred to someone who was helpful but even after 30 mins on the phone, it was not resolved. They said corporate will give me a call back on the matter. Apparently one of the previous agents did not write down the serial number of the brewer I returned, even though there is no way to get a RMA # without it. And I have an initial email with my RMA and instructions. So poor follow through on their end has caused me multiple calls and time spent on the phone to get the money for the brewer hopefully back.

Purchased a new Keurig supreme plus 6 months ago. After 3 months, descale button came on. Descaled the machine, flashing descale notice did not disappear. Worked for a week, then would not brew a full cup. Descaled the brewer again. Worked for a few weeks fine. Then, would only sputter out an oz of coffee. Wasted tons of Kpods in the process. Tried to descale a third time. Machine made a loud sputter & now it won’t even turn on. Either do not buy these crappy made products, or keep your receipt. You’ll need it!

I have a keurig and getting error message and when i called customer service they advise me they could not help me. i give them all my information and after that I was advise that i was going to be transer then he came back and advise i could not be help at this time everyone loves there keurig but i am advising everyone stop purchasing them because when they stop working there is not help to get it back i was just going to purchase another one but not now there are to many coffee machine makers out here to go thought what i went thought today one they don't want to help with error issues if you don't stand behind your product i can't stand behind you

Ordered on 12/7, said it would ship on 12/7. 12/16, still has not shipped. Emailed, said response in 3 business days. No response. Called. Got a foreign teleservice, said could not tell me why it had not shipped or when. Would escalate to customer service and someone would contact me. Nobody called. Emailed again. No response. Called again. Same response. Told them to cancel my order (this option is NOT available on the website) and CUSTOMER SERVICE can't cancel the order. Said someone would contact me in "business days." No response from anybody. Item still has not shipped. Can't cancel. Customer service offers no service whatsoever.

This is the 2nd Keurig Coffee Maker we have purchased in the last 18 months. Both times I contacted them and have provided all documentation they requested with no resolution. Will never ever buy another product from them.

I purchased a K-Supreme Plus unit on 10-27-21. It would not work. It barely trickled out water. I called Keurig direct and spent about 45 minutes on the phone. No matter what we tried it would not work, plus the person spoke the Queen's English and was hard to understand. I returned it to Costco and ordered another. It worked for about 10 days and then would trickle into my cup, filled with grinds, and also made a mess at the top. I tried another 3 times. Each time the same mess. I finally gave up and returned this unit also to Costco. I am very frustrated, spent at least 3 hours on each unit ordering, unpacking, setting up, calling, waiting on the phone, troubleshooting, and still have no good brewer.
