Just had my 3rd. Yes 3rd Keurig stop working. Water will not go through. I used the descaler, I followed all the manufacturer's instructions and yes, I know how to use the machine. Will never purchase from them again and I threw the 3rd machine in the trash because that is where it belongs. What pieces of crap. Don't buy. You'll be sorry.

Awful. Simply awful. I so wish I had never ordered from keurig.com. Their service is appalling. The staff are programmed to give rote responses and cannot speak English. Delivery times are so long. Return policy is onerous. Be warned and do not buy from keurig.com. I made a big mistake here.

Do not order from Keurig. I tried the automatic shipping feature because they had a brand I liked. Later, they dropped it. I tried to close my account and could not figure out how to. I called the help line and spoke to someone in The Philippines. Someone who had my credit card info. I don't like offshoring help desks. I said I wanted to close my account. Nothing happened. Yesterday, I went to my account and cancelled all orders they never cancelled. Last night, they shipped another case. I'm contacting MasterCard today and denying payment. You can get better prices by watching your grocer's sales.

worst customer sertvice ever. Ordering it from keurig .com was a nightmare. Receieved way after they said it would be hear. Now it gets worse. was leaking from 1st use. called and told them and they told me a very long involvbed process of exchange, beofre it was alll done, I wouldnt get another coffee maker fopr 2 weeks so I said I wanted to return it. they didnt know how to do that and then told me at my cost. Had to tell them they sent me a defective product that they cant charge for me returning. totally clueless customer service. This entire process only took 2 hours. do yourself a favor and run away if you value your brain cells!!!!!!!!!

This is the 2nd (AND LAST!!!) Keurig coffee maker I will ever purchase. Haven't had the supreme plus 7 months and it won't even turn on now. These non-coffee makers are trash. Don't waste your time unless you want to wake up one morning expecting coffee, only to get your feelings hurt!

Years ago I used a Keurig and became upset when after a year the machine failed. I googled every possible method to fix it and called Keurig...I should have learned. I purchased a Cuisinart, but after several years and buying a camper I purchased another one transferring the Cuisinart to the camper. After one year it mysteriously stopped working as well. Again, I googled, descaled, watched all of You Tube, and called Keurig customer service. Keurig could only offer me a 20% discount on a new machine. What an insult after logging onto their website and seeing they are having a spring sale of 25% off !!! BUT....My Cuisinart still works great after many many years.

Worst customer service EVER. Bought a brewer on a special, then in a year I would need to buy 16 boxes of coffee. I thought what the heck I’ll have to buy coffee anyway. Well after 37 boxes of coffee my commitment still says that I need to buy five more boxes. Called customer service and most times the rep does not speak or understand English very well. So I emailed - no response - emailed again - no response. So they are getting a bad review on every site that will allow me to speak my claim. Oh I put a review on their site but they rejected it because they claimed it was not legitimate. Buy a keurig just don’t buy it from the company and buy the coffee but get it from a solid retailer like Walmart because keurig Dr Pepper does not care. Michael RICHARDS Kingsford, mi
