I have the duel coffee maker and when pouring coffee it makes a mess! Called the company and they sent me a replacement with a new design. Worked great for a few days and then started making a mess again while pouring. Called again and they sent me another replacement and it’s the same carafe which again makes a mess! I literally can’t fathom how this company can’t design a carafe that doesn’t leak and dribble while pouring. So disappointed as now I have to try to find another coffee maker that will fit into my coffee bar. This one fit perfectly and all the other ones I have looked at are too tall.

Last month, I decided to sign up for a Keurig offer to receive a new [free] coffee brewer with the obligation to purchase [24] boxes of K-cups over the next 12 months. I ordered out [4] boxes of k-cups and the coffee brewer, no problem. This month, I ordered TEN [10] boxes of k-cups to try to bring down the obligation of 24. Instead, I only got "credit" for another FOUR boxes [instead of 10]. Upon calling customer service and speaking to a Japanese girl in broken English, she advised me that no matter how many you buy - as long as it's at least 4 boxes - you only get credit for 4. So so far I've purchased 14 boxes, but only got credit for 8. The real problem is, there is NOWHERE they tell you this when you sign up for the program. A scam, to be sure. The cost of coffee is rising, but I can't purchase ahead and was never told this. SCAMMERS!

Keurig is one of the most unethical companies I have ever dealt with. How can you market your products in every store possible in the US and outsource customer communications to foreign countries, leaving us to deal with people who speak little English. There are many people in the US who need jobs. Why not hire them? I provided everything I was told to provide for a warranty issue to no avail. I have cancelled my account with them and all future shipments. I have purchased another brewer and IT WAS NOT A KEURIG! I will never do business with these people again. They have no integrity whatsoever, and rest assured I will run their name in the ground every chance I get. THAT IS A PROMISE! Shame on you! How much are you paying your people to garble everything they say? I may be only one kog in the wheel, but believe me the "ones" can make a BIG impact!

My new keurig died after 6 weeks, I called their customer service number, the representative told me I'd get a replacement. I recieved an email with instructions to initiate the process which I adhered to precisely. Almost immediately I received a rejection email citing numerous possible reasons for the rejection, many of the reasons were not germane to the instructions. No specific reason, just a list of possibilities none of which were applicable. They have a monopoly and they know it.

I called Keurig the descaler option isn’t working. A representative told me since I only have the Keurig 6 months it is under warranty. I sent all the information they needed and Received a reply back the Keurig isn’t covered under warranty. Company doesn’t back their product!

Bought my Keurig K-Express Essentials from a local -box store no problem for the first 7 months. Descale light came on so i started the descale process from the owners manual half way through the rinse cycle Keurig shuts off never started back. Called customer no service and they told me that it was not a warrantable failure. WILL NOT BE REPLACING THE UNIT!!!!!!!!!

I agree 100% with all of the reviews on this Keurig product and it's, what they call customer service, with a [person that you can hardly understand, It is worthless. If you can afford to buy this product every year then have at it. So, So very disappointed

I had my second Keurig stop working, this time it was the control panel. The unit would not let you select the size of the cup and would either not pour at all or would just pour without you knowing, super dangerous with the hot water. The Keurig unit was one month out of warranty, at first the lady said she would get me a new one, then after a 10 minute wait, she stated she could not exchange it and offered me another unit at 20% off which is more than I paid for the Keurig machine. They offered no other solution and I wrote in again, and they continued to talk about their pathetic 20% off offer. I will never buy another Keurig or allow any of the offices I manage to purchase a Keurig machine. Their customer service needs lessons in customer service.
