Water comes through fine, but when you put a k-cup in only a little coffee comes out. I've tried several brands of K-cups. This is a new machine, and I've cleaned it and tried a number of times.

We've owned several Keurig's in our lifetime. Most lasting 5 years or so. We're very disappointed with the last 2 models the Keurig K Supreme Plus We purchased 2 in February 2022. They were both dead by May 2023. In May 2023 purchased a K Cafe Smart. We took it back to the vendor today, July 12, 2023 for a full refund. We had to factory reset it, we were told by Keurig support to unplug it, wait 1 minute and plug it back in when we woke up in the morning and found the 6 ounce button blinking. Crazy? We now have a different brand. And, why is it that I cannot leave a real review on the Keurig website!?!?

On our 3rd Keurig & now this last one is not working right AGAIN! First two I’ve purchased was the duel pot & cup maker , both stopped brewing at first stopped making a full 10oz , then quit all together (yes, I descaled regularly) . So I just purchased a regular Keurig 1&1/2 months ago and now this one is doing the same !!!! I’m really upset because we love our coffee for these but I’m seriously going to go back to a regular coffee maker after this !!

Bought a rather expensive Keriug 2 months ago, registered it with the company. In less than 2 months it no longer heats. Two very long calls lasting over 20 minutes each in which they make me try all these “fixes” none of which work. Extremely poor communication. It is not brewing, lifting the reservoir, cleaning the needles, trying to brew a cup over the phone is not going to fix a heating unit that no longer brews. What poor service.

The Keurig K-Supreme DOES NOT WORK. The machine shuts down for no reason and you cannot get it to start again. When I called customer service they told me my machine was out of warrantee, so I stupidly purchased another one through them. I am having he same issue and I cannot get a refund or a replacement machine. Their is no customer service only a call center located in South America

I have auto delivery and arranged to have it shipped early. Got an email saying my credit card was declined. Checked with the credit card co & there wasn’t any Keurig charge put through. Called Cust Serv to see what the problem was but all I got was someone out of the US who didn’t understand our language. Very annoying. Cancelled my auto ship!

TERRIBLE customer service! I was charged for 3 shipments I did not receive. I have called the customer service line 3 times, given them the dates and order numbers for the orders not received. The calls always end with a reference number and a promise someone will get back to me in 24-36 hours. NEVER a call back. I don’t think requesting a credit to my account for the orders not received is an unreasonable request. I’m going to continue to fight the frustration and call everyday until this issue is resolved just for the principle! I will never support this business again it’s disgraceful! DO BETTER with the customers you haven’t lost!

I made the mistake of setting up a coffee subscription shipment for every 3 months. First 2 go off without a hitch. The next fails due to card being declined. Odd since I purchased gas just before getting the email and I was nowhere near my limit. Customer support ‘fixed’ it and I got my coffee. Three months later another decline so I decided to switch it to PayPal. It was declined. At that point I called customer support and cancelled my subscription. Three months later I got a delivery charged to my credit card, not PayPal. Called again and demanded this be fixed and my history be removed from their computer. Yes, I was angry but I didn’t curse or yell. They hung up on me. Another call and supposedly the subscription was canceled for certain. Today I got another shipment. Today I called my bank for a new card.
