I will never buy Keurig products again. I thought I was getting a nice deal from them with the Starter Kit (place 4 orders of coffee within a year (4 boxes each) and get a free coffee machine. I placed 6 orders but found out 3 of those didn't count because they weren't "auto ship" orders. Then I was late placing the last order. Got an email that they were going to charge me the "remainder" of the cost of the machine...$150. The machine only cost $140. new on Amazon!! I would give a negative stars if I could.

This is the second k machine I have owned that quit after using the descaling function. Never again.

We've owned several Keurigs over the years. DO NOT BUY Supreme Plus. Lukewarm coffee on hottest setting. We have to microwave every coffee! Total waste of money.

On sale, we purchased a K-Cup Supreme wherein, "Multistream Technology efficiently extracts taste and aroma from your pods for a more flavorful cup of coffee". Uh Huh. NOT! This hunk of JUNK produced the WORST cup of coffee of any machine we have ever used. Coffee came out weak, lukewarm, every time. We tried their, "Strong" button technology, adjusted the brew size. both of the which did absolutely NOTHING to improve or 'strengthen' the brew. After a frustrating week of lousy, watery coffee, back it went to Canadian Tire. At the extreme prices that this company charges, and with the obviously lacking customer service that I am reading about in these reviews, I hope Keurig gets their act together, or disappears from the market, something that is entirely possible in the world we live in today.

We have a K3500 at our office - just over a year old, and barely two months past the warranty. I have been given the absolute run-around with them. I was given not one, but THREE phone numbers to call. The first one I called three or four times and never got through to anyone - have left messages on their machine but no calls back. The second number I finally got through to someone on call number three. He was very nice but no help at all - he told me to call the first number again as there was not anything his department could do to help. Sent an email via their online messaging service. Finally got a response - which was to call the first number that I already had called. Got a second message saying that because our warranty had expired there was nothing they could do to help trouble shoot and we should just purchase a new machine. This is a $1300 machine! Got a third message saying that "they would love to help me troubleshoot the issue, call this number for help". This was a different number from the first two, so I called. Was told once again (again, by a very nice and apologetic person) that this was not really their department and they would transfer me to another number... none other than the second number that I had already called multiple times and talked to someone that couldn't help me. They tried to transferred me over but the call eventually dropped because no one answered. Thankfully no one was mean or rude, but still! Can you not even send a tech out to look at this machine before I throw it away? Too late though - I'm going to be leasing a machine from here on out and letting someone else deal with the headache of maintenance.

I would also like to give zero stars, but this forum does not let me. I was so angry that the first Keurig I owned only lasted 60 days, but I was able to return the old one and get a new one. The new one lasted only 60 days also. The only way to get around this issue is to keep purchasing it from a company that will allow you to return within 60 days, and keep buying/returning - this is no solution. It is a garbage machine. Don't waste your money.

Horrible "customer service" - non existant. Good luck if you have to deal with them on anything. Will consider buying a different brand next time. What a joke!
