Keurig customer service is beyond awful. Had 2 brewers break within 7 months. Now they want it back before replacing it, which will leave me without a coffee pot for a few weeks. Hope to sell, give away our keurig pods and move on to a company that cares about its customers

Terrible website. Kept adding items to my cart and the site kept saying 'no items in cart'. If they can't fix their website, I have zero faith they will fix a broken coffee maker. Going with another brand!

I am not surprised to see all the scathing negative reviews on Keurig customer service and expected to see horrific reviews. Without getting into specific details - they 100% do not honor what they promise and it appears they will do whatever it takes to not honor a warranty claim . I have never seen such horrific customer service . They have customer service reps tell you “no problem we will send you a replacement and you do not need to send in defective unit “ only to follow up with an email advising they will not replace the defective unit .I have done exactly what was asked to send two pictures to them - one with my info and the other of the bottom of the defective unit only to be incredulously told that the serial number could not be read even though it was clear as day .a perfectly clear picture of the serial numbers. It’s incredible with respect to the level of incompetence and uncaring attitude this company possesses. I have now spent over 40 hours on the phone (on principle) with Keurig and am told the same thing each time. We are so sorry and we will escalate this matter to then receive a computer generated email saying sorry we can’t send you a new unit . Incidentally , This Keurig supreme plus was inoperable after only one year after being used only once a day. As bad as the coffee maker was , it pales in comparison to the god awful customer service . Quite simply- Keurig does not care about customers . That is abundantly clear .

It stopped working - called in - still under warranty - send in all data - still waiting - call didn't get data - would send now - does into a dark hole - who knows . Terrible service - reps robotic no authority

This is my third Kuerig.first I took back as it didn’t work tried again and took back. Third I used for 6 months and now wont turn on. She done. Will look else where for another brand of dongle serve.

I got a K Slim as a present. It lasted about 2 weeks. Stupid me threw away the box. Bought another one to replace present. The descale light came on when I plugged it in. I immediately returned it. I have come to the conclusion that Keurig is overrated and overpriced. You have been warned.

Keurig will not honor the 1 year warranty for their coffee maker. I purchased my Keurig on 11/22/22 and registered it on 11/25/22. On 10/26/23, I called Keurig to let them know my coffee maker was no longer working. The first Representative I spoke with told me my warranty was expired. I told him I was in my keurig.com account and it lists the purchase date and registration date and both are less than 1 year old. He stated I needed to provide a receipt. I asked to speak to a manager and then another Representative comes to the phone and tells me he understands I was offered 20% off and I was not pleased with this offer. I told the gentleman that no offer was made to me and that I did not wish to pay for another coffee maker when I was still within warranty. He stated my warranty has expired. I asked to speak to a Director or Regional Director. Another gentleman comes to the phone and offers me 50% off and 2 free boxes of coffee. I declined and stated I will not pay for another coffee maker when I spent over $100 for the one I currently have that is broken and still within warranty. He tells me someone from corporate will call me. After the call ended, I searched for and found my online receipt. I called back and spoke with a young lady. I asked if she would give me the email to send my proof of purchase. She placed me on hold for several minutes and then told me my account had been tagged for a call from corporate so she could not give me the email to send my proof of purchase. I am certain I will never hear from anyone at Keurig. I will never purchase another product from this rip-off company.

After spending over an hour on the phone, Keurig would not honor the one-year warranty on my coffee maker. I bought it in November of last year but they are claiming that it was 2 years ago and cannot control how long a company keeps an item before selling it. I'm only getting about half of the chosen ounces on the coffee maker. That is, if I choose 8 oz I get just about 4 oz. They did offer me a half price coupon for buying a new one, but considering that I bought this one less than a year ago I find that less than acceptable. I've been a loyal Keurig customer having bought several over the years, beginning back in 2010 when I began RVing. I currently own three, one at home, one at my workplace, and one in my camper. Unfortunately, I will not buy another Keurig coffee maker.
