I would give zero stars if I could. I have been doing autoship of k-cups from Keurig for years! One time this month September 2024 one of 4 keurig boxes contains completely smashed coffee pods! Can you imagine? I called and sent them pictures and they said could not help me.

I am not surprised to see such low reviews. Purchased the Keurig coffee machine for my office with a discount. The catch was to purchase a certain amount of coffee boxes within a limited amt. of time, if the quota not met, then they would charge me for the machine again! Long behold, my usage of coffee didn't meet their criteria and even though they extended it which I appreciated, I ended up paying twice as much for the coffee machine. Customer service was terrible, the reps were not rude, well actually one of them told me I was wrong but I could have ignored that but reps seem confused themselves and not able to give a straight answer. Steer clear from this company. They have done a great job at marketing but the day to day service is below standards. I knew I had to buy the coffee before a deadline but there were billing errors that delayed my ordering and they don't tell you that if you don't order through the SMART delivery tab, the purchases don't count towards your quota to meet. I am so upset about this because these folks don't care about the small business owners such as myself.

Didnt help me cancel my order after a few hours after it was placed. The order was placed on a Sunday as well. Awful customer service

Unit suddenly malfunctioned — inability to raise lid or handle web search revealed discussions and video tutorials relative to this issue Keurig off-shore, outsourced customer service agents could not have been more attentive HOWEVER more substantively, executive and management’s concept of remediation appears to be to offer a courtesy concession that is far less than the most modest offer on the website — incredible!!! Is there little attention to and interest in solving the lid design issue & resultant complete unit malfunction? Why not engineer fixes to apparent design flaws AND offer reasonable pricing concessions to loyal customers?

I’ve had numerous Keurig coffee makers. Product is junk, it doesn’t last

Machine stopped working after six months. I called the service support trying to see if I could repair it when they told me the machine was deemed effective. They told me take a picture of the serial number and the receipt and send it in. I did not have a receipt I didn’t keep it after six months, since my last one lasted over 10 years before I threw it away it was working when I did that but apparently they went way downhill. They told me they would not replace after six months and they would give me a 25% coupon for my next, Keurig would never buy a product from Keurig again Now that I know there’s so many others on the market much prices and probably higher quality. I don’t know where they got this junk from but they should check the manufacturer of this crap.

I give up on Keurig brand, I’m on my 4th coffee pot not to mention the ones I’ve bought for gifts over the years. This last one actually lasted 3 years which is a record but it won’t even power on. I take good care of my coffee pots with regular descaling etc. I called customer service and I was offered a 25% discount but I’m not interested in spending another penny on this brand. There are many other options out there these days and I suggest people search around. I have a nespresso to make my lattes and that has been working fine for over 3 years now. I just want to warn others to shop around.

I purchased my first Smart Coffee Maker on 12/29/23. Started throwing error code 2 at the end of June. multiple calls to Customer Service...always the same script involving steps to clean needles, check the water port, clean the camera lens and run hot water through the machine. Replacement coffee maker was delivered on 7/24/24. Ten cups of coffee later and I have the same error code 2 (defect in preheat tank) on two occasions. Called Keurig twice requesting escalation...nothing doing! Same scripted litany...clean needles, check port, clean tank Etc. Case study in insanity...keep doing the same thing expecting a different result. A new Smart Coffee Maker should not throw two error code 2 failures in the first ten cups of coffee. Good luck on trying to call Keurig's home office...calls are filtered and branded as spam. You will end up back with the Customer Service team listening to the same scripted litany of corrective steps. Supposedly Keurig is sending me yet another replacement machine today. So, in seven months, I am now on my 3rd Smart Coffee Maker. I regret ever doing business with Keurig. Going online this morning and ordering a single serving coffee maker from a reputable company.
