KeurigReviews of keurig.com

Keurig duo essential coffee machine constantly leaks. Warped my countertop. Called the 1-866-901-brew(2739) to “troubleshoot “ no help at all. I have bought 5 Keurig machines for my rentals, never again. Replaced with Ninja duel brew. It works great.

Keurig Supreme, new at Xmas 23. Water temp sucks (not hot enough) and can not change temp. Would not buy another from this company.

After a year I turn over the unit to clean my miniplus and never turn again, I call customer service, after 34 minutes of back connection poor english and poor customer service the told me it had warranty and 5 minutes later that I didn’t, this is my second unit going bad after it is turn over. Would not recommend this product or company

Purchased a Keurig single serve on sale - garbage. Coffee splatters all over when coming out and same inside the machine. Not sure if it's a defect, but it's more of a hassle. Avoid. Go for a Nespresso instead.

Keurig needs to address and correct these issues that people are complaining about. I bought a K Supreme in Dec 22 and it shut down today. Motor just stopped. Descale light came on month 4. Waste of money, I'll look for a different brand. Only 8 months of use.

I’ve owned 7-8 Keurig coffee makers and my current one, K-Supreme is probably the quietest one but by far the messiest one. It splashes all over the counter and wall. It also requires you to descale more often than any other machine I’ve owned. The first time you have to descale it works fine. The next time, using the same descaling process, the light may or may not go out. I’ve had to have two new makers sent to me. I’ve descaled this one already and I’ll be descaling it any today as my light came on this morning. Bottom line, this brewer does not live up to Keurig standards in my opinion.

We bought the k-duo it worked great for the first 2wks then all of a sudden for every 2 cups you pour a cup ends up on the counter and the kcup once in awhile doesn't dispense the right amount of water. If you don't like to clean up every time you pour coffee I'd consider something else.

They state 30 day returns, but your on the phone with them for over an hour. They ask, email, address, all the information they already have. Say they are going to send you an email with a return label etc. had to call back and ask for it again!
