Unreliable Vendor & Incomplete Delivery – Avoid!
Extreme disappointment. I ordered 3 items, but only 1 was delivered. When I contacted customer support, they acknowledged the missing items in writing via email and promised a replacement. However, instead of fulfilling their promise, they escalated the case on PayPal and demanded an expensive international return to the USA for items they never even shipped. They stall for time via email while taking completely contradictory actions on payment platforms. Poor communication and zero accountability. Save your money and buy elsewhere!
