I like the online visa application. My passport was mailed to Washington DC for another visa on the same trip to Africa. Online visa applications are best.

Great online service and delivery experience.

One idea would be to have information hot buttons to information related to each field. Foe example, the categories of visa field could have information available with one click that listed the types and a definition of each.

It is easy step, my little comment to eliminate confusion is to put add icon to upload/mail in adding document and use change only in replacing document, because when I change I was not sure all documents were submitted, the other point is trying the mail was slow, I could not use it while filling application

Always got prompt replies to questions, and always given somehow with a smile. I didn;t give the fifth star because there were a couple of occasions when I was being sent to a different country from the one I was planning to go to.

i was applying for two visas mine went through but the web site would not accept the travel docs for the second visa . i contacted the team via the chat button and they walked me through it. very fast and very good customer service . before you start make sure you have scanned your passport , travel docs and separate passport size photo

The system is great and the people in the chat room are really great help,.I just had a little difficulty because I am not computer savvy but with my sons help I overcame.
