Nice experience; would use this service again.
Easy walk-through of all the necessary steps. It would be even easier if the required documents were listed conspicuously on the home page. "Have these documents ready and available before proceeding", or something similar.

Company was very responsive when I needed a refund
Initially, I did not like how you had to pay first before actually getting everything up-loaded. I uploaded everything, yet it still would not accept one of my profiles, but the payment seemed to have gone through (almost 250 US dollars). Thus I still had to pay for two Visas upon arrival (another 100 US dollars) GOOD NEWS: The company was very responsive when I asked for a refund, and their e-mails were olite, professional and fair

Uploading photo is real problem, so I think you should consider other options.
