First time I had ever applied for a visa. Liked the idea that I could take photos with my phone, but when I put them into the system my facial photo was upside down and the system would not let me replace or correct it. Because it was my first time it did cause considerable concern as there was nothing there to advise me it would be ok. Apart from that I am well impressed about speed and ease of use

I fond the online session very easy and user friendly and a very fast response once it was completed- payment was easy as well

The process was simple and good. The visa process time is mentioned as 24 hrs to 72 hrs. But it has taken more time.

Kenya Visa delivered everything they promised. The only suggestion I would make would be that there is only an opportunity to upload one supporting document (i.e. flight schedule, invitation or hotel booking). Suggest this is changed to at least two documents to ensure that participants can include all relevant documentation (ensuring that chances of rejection are minimized).
