Hi Ordered a visa the other day. Great software but not working at all. I tried to upload forms through the application, system was just hanging and I spent at least 1 hour trying to get further, very frustrating as the system forces you to pay first so you ´can´t go back either. Finally the help desk helped me. But also that you need proof of travel and passport photos is not stated in the beginning. Luckily I had access to my dropbox, but if not - big problem and no money back. Expensive joke. Got the visa at the end.
