Found the product itself easy to put together, easy to use. Problem is when you come to remove the weight plates, you can't. Had to use a screwdriver and hammer to undo the thread, expensive for a one-time use, avoid.

Was super excited to receive my Nanobars XL. But it arrived in a plastic, opened bag. For the €100 I paid that's unfair. But not that big of a deal, if at least the product is good. But I'm dissapointed. Everything but the handle is made of plastic. It's unstable, shifts when I hold em. So I can't use em for my calisthenics cause I'll end up breaking my neck. Then also two short pieces to make the shorter parallettes were missing. Overal unpleasant experience.

been waiting over 2 weeks for the product I paid for up front , they do not tell you they are out of stock at time of purchase . Follow up with email, they said it would ship around Feb 9th , it's now Feb 14th and nothing,

I have sent this company multiple emails and have received ZERO RESPONSES. I have also been in their CHAT link where they say they "respond immediately" and have NEVER gotten a response. They are pathetic.

How the f did they get my email? I havent given them my email.. just been looking on some products i was thinking about. This is creepy...

I ordered the swissies on December 22. They still haven't arrived. Fortunately I used PayPal. I received no shipping confirmation, nothing at all, until January 3rd after I filed a claim with PayPal. What an amazing coincidence! The sent an email with some excuse about shipping issues and then sent an email saying the swissies were being shipped but really it was just that USPS had been notified that a package was ready but it still has not been received by them as of today. USPS is still awaiting the package. I have escalated the claim with PayPal. Apparently Kensui has until 1/19 to respond. It looks like a lot of others have had similar issues with this company. Also the last three positive reviews for Kensui on this sight look totally fake. Update: The swissies did finally ship, right before 1/19 when they would have had to refund my money through PayPal. The swissies arrived and actually are just as advertised. I do like them, very sturdy and work well for what I need them for. However, I would be very hesitant to buy from this company in the future. Just take a look at all the other reviews from other customers who have paid and still not received their products. Not sure what is going on with this company but if they are out of stock they should show that on their website and not let people order.

Not provided with shipping/order number. No communications from company. Phone # 1-800-359-7180 full/cannot leave message nine out of ten times, when voice mail was not full & could leave message no return/response back. Email conversation response was nobody available will get back to me & they have not. Have never taken the time to leave review before, shows how frustrated I am. Wish their customer service was one half as good as their videos.

Ordered on Dec 5th for a Christmas Gift for my Husband, have not received my order. I have tried calling numerous times and have sent out 3 emails no response at all. I will be sending out numerous emails to our weight lifting friends to tell them not to order from this company, it’s a complete scam.
