I ordered one of the Max version vests at over $200. While the product arrived quickly to the UK (around a week) it arrived defective and is not useable. I have contacted Kensui 3 times in around 10 days and have had ZERO response from them. Their customer service is non existent. I will be trying to claim the cost back through my bank seen as Kensui clearly have no interest in rectifying issues. If you order you may be okay if the product is working. If there is any issue then you won’t get a reply so I would 100% avoid.

To start, Kensui Fitness fraudulently displays a Trustpilot score of 4.7 on their website, when their actual Trustpilot score is below 4. Kensui Fitness sold me a weight vest online, claiming to have free refunds and a delivery time of 8-12 days. When the delivery didn't arrive, I clicked the tracking number, which went to a website for a Chinese delivery company, with everything in Chinese. I work from home and have deliveries every day with no problems. Kensui never even reached out to me until I reached out to them, and then they simply told me 'your delivery failed', with no apology, refund, or offer of compensation, then 'Victoria' just gave me a service phone number to contact and a tracking number for the post office with nothing further, then was gone. I walked all the way over to the post office, and they showed no tracking number when i contacted them. I demanded a refund, no response. I have passed it over to my lawyer to straighten out at this point. Since I work in entertainment and have many contacts in the press, I have also reached out to my friends in the press field. I have also started the Trustpilot whistleblower protocol to report Kensui Ftiness displaying a false and misleading Trustpilot score on their website. My lawyer is starting the rest with the Better Business Bureau, claims, etc. Apparently Kensui uses slick marketing with nifty photography and fundraising brags, etc. to sell products that are both manufactured, assembled in, and shipped from China. Once they have your money, they pass you off to the shoddy Chinese manufacturer and shipping companies they use, and consider themselves out of the loop of responsibility. They will do nothing to help you if their are problems with your order, or if, in my case, your order does not even arrive. Reading the other reviews, I can see that the shipping/service of this company has been going on for awhile. Don't let the dishonest, slick marketing fool you. Kensui Fitness is a lousy business, their customer service yields no service, and they are not to be trusted. Stay Away ) Update: Things have worsened. With no help from Victoria at Kensui (more on her and Kensui later), I spent 5 hours today shuttling around the city, going from the post office, who had no record of my package, to 2 different post nords, and finally to an ICA on the other side of the city, I finally found my package. And it was delivered....from China...get this...in a bag. A plastic bag with packing tape around it, and a Kensui logo. The bag was badly damaged, so as a precaution I took a video opening it, and, big surprise, both the vest and the satchel to hold it in were damaged. I have started a dispute with my credit card company, who thankfully always has my back, and sent them the screenshots of the Chinese shipping company with all info in Chinese, Victoria's silly emails, and the video of the bag opening fiasco. On a side note, Victoria's final email said she couldn't help any further, because she's 'just a customer service rep." Oh Victoria, Shoot. It's enlightening that the Kensui phone number goes straight to the voicemail of...guess who...Victoria: Victoria Mock. Kensui founder: Remy Mock. You can do the rest of the math. (The company in apparently based in Wyoming, shoving it's manufacturing and delivery to China, then taking customer's money, and passing off any problems to the Chinese companies they farm everything out to. My attorney is continuing to dig...more, soon...

Site promises 7- 10 delivery and items not even shipped in a number or weeks. No emails sent to explain. Had I know over 20% of customers have had a similar experience, I certinly would not have purchased. Will open a claim with Paypal. Avoid!

hallo, ich möchte euch waren hier zu bestellen aus Amerika nach Deutschland. Heute ist der 25.7 habe am 10.7 bestellt, leider bis dato kein Versand. Habe zick Emails geschrieben, jedoch ohne Antwort.

i ordered adjustabells, i knew they were on back order. site said a few weeks. its been 2 months. finally they said on their FB they will be in 6/3. didnt get a shipping email till 6/10. its been another week and usps still hasnt received package

I bought Swissies45 this is waste money £36 and I did wanted refund it but I had to pay for refund postage and the will reduce my postage money as well so pay two postage and after that probably I will get £20 back I writing review to help people don’t waste your money on this product as I think it’s useless and you will be disappointed like me I never trust anything on instagrams if the advice me to buy I hope this will help someone

Received the easy vests without the screws to secure the way onto the vests. Called and emailed multiple times to no answer.
