Just like many others have reported, I have been waiting almost THREE months for chrome plates. Customer support has been extremely dodgy in their responses and will always say, "Your product is being shipped next week!" I've been following up since November to get these plates with no success. I am currently seeking a refund but have not been able to get one. They are scammers and have never dealt with a worse company in terms of support or customer service. I feel constantly lied to, scammed, and downright disrespected. Save your money and do not buy from Kensui. Their ads are all over social media but they will not deliver. Save yourself a massive headache and don't be fooled.

Absolutely disgraceful quality. Probably the worst condition I've ever received a product in. Rough machining, rough layer of plastic on either end which was cracking, no packaging, just thrown in a bag.

Did not delivery my product and refused to refund. Really bad communication

Never delivered order. Currently doing a chargeback on my credit card. Scam Company!

I completely advise against it. For 23 days from the moment the order was placed, the company did not send the ordered goods and until now it has not been able to provide any basic information regarding the status of the order, disseminating customers with information about internal investigations into what is happening. Moreover, the company does not want to refund the money for the ordered goods. #REK88686

Wasted alot of money on Adjustabell and addons. I didnt get my stuff i orderd for like one months ago. and got no reply on my refund email aswell.

I was so excited to try these new innovative products so ordered a wide range. Parcel arrived today with only half of the order inside, no packing slip, and an email that says “order complete”!!! There is no email to contact and only one foreign phone number to call to discuss with anyone, that nobody answers, and their mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. I have opened a case with Paypal to get refunded for the missing pieces, but also have to say that the pieces that I received are of a second rate quality: scratched, loose fitting rubber etc. The items that were sent were rammed into a plastic bag, then Sellotaped tightly and handed to Evri. I am very disappointed and expected a greater level of professionalism. Well…I at least expected to receive what I paid for.

Purchased the new 2” extension sleeves. It doesn’t come with collars and the collars from Vest do NOT fit. They also have not responded to emails.
