Ordered the aluminum adjustabells, waited over a month to ship, first use and one of the threaded bolts just falls into the handle, has almost no grab, someone can and will seriously hurt themselves on this terrible product. The rubber bushing are super glued in and fail out of the box.

At first the items seemed good to me, I ordered the EZ vest. In the order they mentioned it will take 8 to 12 days. Waiting already 2 months and no response from Customer Service. Terrible service.

ZERO STARS [ _ _ _ _ _ ] I ordered on 12/19/2023 Today: 2/3/2024 I Received HALF My Order Kensui OWES Me: 1 AdjustaBELL - MAX Handle and 2 AdjustaBELL Extensions Took 1 Month and 16 Days to receive HALF MY ORDER. The Incompetence is Amazing :( The Bag had a Hole in it and it was re-taped. After investigating the Bag itself, I can see that there was another hole in the Bag that they tried to tape over, but there was still another hole in the bag that was plainly visible with NO tape covering it. I think a simple thing for them to do to FIX the HOLES in their Bags is to just use a little more tape to reinforce the Bag and when there are many smaller products in the bag - to just Tape all the products together - so it's one big product - so if there is a small hole in the bag the taped together smaller products can't get through the small hole in the bag.

Ordered the vest but it still hasnt arrived, no responses from customer service

Same problem as others have mentioned. Ordered their tokyo bar 3 weeks ago. They give you the runaround when you inquire about your order. You get a real sense that they are either blitz scammers or just incredibly incompetent.

I ordered the EZ Vest along with the XT sleeves. As I was about to checkout they offered me the XT sleeves at a better discount so I accepted it but then the order was immediately confirmed before I was able to review it and remove the XT Sleeves I had previously added. I contacted them straight away by email and phone. They ignored all my emails and calls and just proceeded with my order. They had plenty of time to cancel the extra sleeves but they ignored me. I was very reluctant to post this review because I like their products but their customer service is a disgrace as well as the way they deceived me to duplicate my order. I have reported them to my bank for fraud. Dispute is ongoing. Avoid this company.

These people are spammers with no interest in doing what is right. If they’re willing to operate without integrity in one way, they’ll do so in other ways. Avoid them if you care about the integrity of companies you deal with.

I ordered some plates for weight vest. A month later they still hadnt arrived. The ship status said label created but never changed. They told me that it was a UPS problem but the status would resolve any day. It didn't. They fessed up when I insisted on a refund. Turns out they had no product, never shipped anything. They outright lied and wasted my time while I carried the charge for a month.
