I'm not sure if they are running a scam or are bankrupt but I ordered over $400 worth of equipment that was never delivered. I called and they said they would send a replacement order, though they set up a shipping label to make me think they were sending out the equipment immediately and never did. They are now not picking up the phone or responding to e-mails.

Ordered a product over 2 weeks ago. Got a notification stating the shipment was on it's way the day after. Tracking code does not work. After a week, I emailed Kensui, got a response that the code would work after two days. Now another week later, still nothing, and my emails are no longer answered.

This company does not deserve to be in business. Remy, the owner, may have developed a good product, but is a terrible businessman with no respect for paying customers. Most of the positive reviews on TrustPilot read like ads for their products. They are most likely fake. During the pandemic I bought the adjustaBells, which I never received and was never refunded. They ghosted me. At the time I just let it go, but 3 years later I thought I'd give them another chance. Now I'm experiencing the exact same thing with a more expensive order. They will lie through their teeth about your order. Their customer service is practically non-existent. They run their site like a scam, and I have a strong suspicion they are scamming a certain percentage of customers on purpose, and getting away with it by sending out enough orders. For years they had a fake TrustPilot score on the site, and the number for customer service does not work. You are forced to contact them through socials because they won't reply to emails, and they will give you the same BS reply each time. They refuse to acknowledge I have requested a refund for 2 weeks now. They keep coming up with lies. If they have not figured out shipping issues or customer service in 3 years, they are doing it on purpose. These are not trustworthy people. They do not deserve to be in business.

Do not deal with Kensui. I have waited months for some weights to be delivered that were to fit the weighted vest I had previously bought from them. The order was placed in early May and I had still not received the items ordered in late August, even though they have taken payment. I have contacted and corresponded with them multiple times, but they simply lie about when you will receive your order. I have asked for refund, but say that the order has been shipped, so cant refund and I will have to return them. Half of the order eventually turned up on the 29th August. I have no idea what has happened to the other half. Incompetence in the extreme. I would bet this company will be out of business in the next 6 to 12 months, therefore, avoiding ordering anything from them, as you will never see your money refunded. I have now contacted Barclaycard who insure purchases and they will take the appropriate action.

Appalling delivery service and time to deliver.

Id’ give no stars if possible. I bought 2 sets of handles with extenders and only received the cheap ones. Still haven’t received the remaining product and it’s been almost 2 months. This company is a total scam! Buy something else from a reputable company. Don’t waste your money with them.
