AdaptaBELL Pro The Adaptabell PRO has been a game changer for me. I do mostly dumbell flat and incline preesses vs bench becasue I work out at home alone and it is safer. The AdaptaBELL lets me get the weight up by placing the weight on my knees, something I could not do with traditional dumbells. Also, buying was easy and shipping was fast.

The two sets of Swissies I ordered arrived quickly. I leave one set on my chin-up bar and the other for dead lifting. The knurled handles feel good in your hands.
