With years of expertise in exercise science and guiding both my students and peers on optimal equipment for home gym setups, I value clear communication and ethical practices from companies in this industry. Unfortunately, I experienced a situation where items listed for sale were not actually in stock, and no indication of this was provided at the time of purchase. Adding to this frustration, I was charged a fee to issue a refund for the out-of-stock items—something I find unacceptable, as it penalizes the customer for circumstances beyond their control. To improve customer satisfaction and trust, I strongly suggest implementing a system where the invoice explicitly states any shipping delays or additional processing fees for returns at the time of purchase. This level of transparency would prevent unnecessary frustration and ensure customers can make informed decisions. As someone who regularly advises others on high-quality, reputable exercise equipment options, I cannot recommend a company that fails to prioritize customer transparency and fairness in its policies. I hope these practices are addressed moving forward to maintain credibility and foster trust in the fitness community.

Over 3 weeks waiting on shipment, carrier still hasn't received the package. Customer service trying to blame USPS when they never even received the package. Suspicious that they may be dropshipping from China and don't actually carry inventory in the USA

• 3 weeks to deliver, with poor communication. • The items were poorly manufactured, with marks and scratches. • The performance isn’t as good as advertised. • Lack of communication • Refused to provide an invoice with a breakdown of the taxes, which is illegal in the EU/UK. • I had to pay for it as an extra expense. • Decided to return some of the items, and I got a random amount refunded that was way lower that it should have been again with no breakdown provided. • He is advertising the items I returned in Facebook marketplace… Really bad experience, I can only recommend you to stay away from this company.

My first order was delayed for months, my 2nd order was rushed because of black friday. Now I inhaled some probably dangerous chemicals from the Adaptabell. It was doused in some oil/gas and now the smell is stuck on my fingers. Obviously the product was made from a factory in China and probably hasn't been washed since. And now I legit have a headache from the chemicals so, if you are considering buying please wash them or just don't buy them if you don't want chemicals inside your body.

Placed an order for weight plates and they never delivered, despite giving estimated delivery dates that came and went. Support consistently lies. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Pretty much a Scam. Sells weighted wests in in different priced tiers but if you get a more expensive one to be able to handle more weight you can't even load it up near the intended weight since the bars are so ridiculously tiny you will just get 2 plates on them. And they don't even answer support messages.

I placed an order one week ago on 10/29, and it took them a week to “ship” my SINGLE item. I didn’t see any movement so I emailed them which resulted in my order being cancelled after it “shipped” and getting a new tracking number that stated it hadn’t even moved. I suggest if you order from them don’t expect prompt shipping despite what they claim.
