Perfect for yoga and exercises using wrist!
I gave this gift as a gift for a family member. The chiropractor advised her to use these for exercises using wrists. She was so happy with this gift.

Over the last year or two I developed some pain in my elbow particularly when I do pull-ups. I bought these new handles to vary my grip and take stress off the elbow. They work awesome and I can do pull-ups without pain now!

I really like Kensui for useful and interesting fitness products that make a difference in my workouts! I currently have the following: + YinYang Pro - very small, lightweight, comfortable grip push up bars that are also very compact as they snap together with hidden magnets. These have replaced larger and bulkier pushup bars that I used to use. + EZ-Rope - Provides a rope grip for pullups and bar hangs. Can be used on its own (two hands) or as one hand with the other hand on the bar or another grip. I got the 50 mm diameter (wider one) and 50 cm length (shorter). This is a good example of Kensui innovation, as I never would have thought of this. It's designed very well - comfortable grip, easy to use, and lightweight. I plan to get the longer one (200 cm) eventually. + NanoBars V2 - ultra small and portable suspension type trainer, but with two anchor points so can be used for pullups and dips. + Ascent - wedges that strap to your hands that provide 15 degree angle for pushups and handstands, plus boosters for 20 and 25 degrees. They can also be used as a type of slant board for squats. I really like that many of their items are designed to be small and light, making them easy to take with you or even just to reduce storage space at home. Another example of this are their EZ-Mace and EZ-Club, which enable weight adjustment by simply adding or removing common weight plates from a single club, rather than needing separate bulky clubs for each discrete weight. Lastly, it's fun to just read their website, just to see what innovative ideas they come up with next!

Ordered the Kensui Swissies, an attachment allowing pullups and chinups to be done with a 45 degree grip position. Delivery time was reasonable, about a week. The product did what it was supposed to, instantly added a whole new movement range to my pullups and chinups and they’re sturdy enough that even at 215 lb I wouldn’t be afraid to do weighted pullups. If I could change anything I’d make the handles an inch longer to give more grip position variety and allow larger hands to easily grip.

I purchased the Kensui Duo-Rings and found these to be a meaningful upgrade to traditional gymnastic rings for two reasons. First, the size of the straps & buckle is substantially smaller than traditional gymnastic rings setups, which meaningfully reduces the footprint of the rings when packed up for traveling. Second, the dual-handle thickness allows swapping between thicker and thinner grips as best suits each exercise - pulling exercises are generally easier with thinner grips, and pushing exercises are easier with thick grips. The Duo-Rings allow you to get the best of both worlds. This is particularly important for me as thicker grips on pull-ups causes elbow strain. For these reasons, and the cost, I found these to be a major upgrade to my old rings.

Innovative alternative to adjustable dumbbells. Easy to purchase and low cost compared to other options. Definitely an improvement to the standard loadable dumbbell bars and much lower cost compared to other adjustable dumbbell options.

I ordered the Swizzies V2 Max. These are awesome! I use them for pull ups, hanging leg raises, barbell rows, and as a cable attachment. So versatile. Great quality. Delivered in a timely manner. I would buy from them again.

My experience with Kensui fitness has been great I’ve ordered from them about 2 times I got the Adaptabell max and a bunch of weights and the Ying yang push up paralets and resistance bands. So first off the adaptable are great there the best adjustable dumbbells out there because they don’t stick out and poke you and the weights are solid I love the look of them and the push up ying yangs are great I wanted something to use for pushups without putting pressure on my wrist and get a deeper stretch. The fabric resistances band are good there a little smaller than I imagined so far I’ve just used them for pull ups. Overall great service so far they actually sent me the wrong adaptabells at first they sent me the hard plastic ones instead of aluminum I think whoever packaged it got confused because I originally was gonna order the plastic ones but I upgraded them. But I called them and they fixed it and sent me the right ones quickly so it worked out and now I know what both adaptabells feel like and their both solid honestly don’t see any problems with either of them the only difference is how much weight they can hold.
