KensuifitnessReviews of kensuifitness.com

Only half of my order was delivered. There is only one contact number to talk to someone and she won't answer and her mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. I'll never o rder directly from this company again! Also they had no problem charging me for the item but can't ship it!

Ordered the Swissies 25th June, order confirmation said it would be 7-9 working days. Thought it would come from the USA due to the address on site but tracking said China. Took 11 days for the tracking to be updated at all and when it did, it stayed in China for another 3 days. Finally received on July 13th. First email to customer service they said they would look into it - heard nothing back. Second email once I said I would involve the bank and ask for a chargeback, they said they’d try and cancel it from where it was in China and offered me a free accessory. It wasn’t canceled and once I said I may as well just keep it when I received it, they stopped responding. There’s a fair few Facebook comments on their page, ads and group with people asking about delays, top it off with the 4.7 Trustpilot score they show on their site despite it being 3.9 at the time of writing, shows their service needs work. Seems to be luck of the draw if you get the product on time. Given 2 stars instead of 1 because of the product itself, but they need a little more honesty on their site and need to make sure their shipping system is tighter.

The adjust-a-bell is a bad product, the build quality is poor and the plastic is warped. They also failed to include my centering discs so they are also useless. The customer service is one person who can’t handle the logistics of the company. They simply grew to fast and now deliver bad products (if you’re lucky enough to even receive what you paid for, I haven’t). My advice; Get your manufacturer and customer service on par with your advertising.

I purchased an EZ-Vest Pro from Kensui Fitness, and while the product is of good quality, the product page promised compatibility with both 1" and 2" plates. However, the vest only comes with the 2" adaptors, and the 1" adaptor is a separate purchase, which is only mentioned on the add-on page, not on the EZ-Vest page itself. Good product, but shady selling practices.

The vest is a good build quality, but you can only fit a single plate on either side of the pro version. This means that if you have 10lb and 25 lb plates you would need to make the jump from 20 lbs to 50 lbs.... Unless you buy their overpriced extensions for $49. This should be a standard feature, not an upsell

I ordered my vest right at the beginning og the corona pandemic, planning to use the vest for my corona-workouts. Unfortunately, I first received my vest after 3 months. The vest is great, but i would never have bought from there, if i knew the wait would be so long. A lot of people have this problem, and the custumer service isnt that great.
