I ordered a pair of ‘swissies’ on dec 5, I have not received and according to the tracking info it’s not even on its way! I keep calling the number provided and it keeps saying the mailbox is full.. I have e mail Kensington fitness with no reply!… I feel like I have been ‘taken’! I can’t get of hold of anybody. If I had the option of giving negative stars I would’ve taken that.. 1 star seems way way too kind!!!… regret I even saw the add!!

I purchase since August got two part but not third part keep email them most time every certain weeks on there website only way and Facebook messenger too. I try email doesn’t goes through there respond some week there liar to me. I going get it few day Ankr Connector there are actually wasting my time will get my refund want that part to do my leg curl . There take the mick to be honest people pay for it not have decent be honest send the items need act my professional to customers not keep customer waiting month over a year some of them that not good business.

The company can improve by sending the item i paid for rather than not sending it and asking me to review an item they never fulfilled!

Sie verschicken das Produkt einfach nicht. Auf E-Mails wird zwar reagiert aber leider wird auch gelogen und somit haben die Antworten gar keinen Wert. Ich habe meine Bestellung storniert und hoffe mein Geld schnell zurückzubekommen. Aufgrund von unprofessionellen Verhalten und Desinteresse des Händlers, kann ich nicht empfehlen hier zu kaufen. UPDATE: Betrüger. Kensui schickt nur ein Teilbetrag zurück! Warum? Keine Antwort mehr.

I mistakenly placed my order with this company twice (due to the exigencies of trying to navigate the ordering process on my phone). I immediately contacted Kensui and asked for them to cancel the second order. This they did but kept 5% which they stated was a term on their website (which was not visible to me when ordering and checking out.) This service/cancellation fee was charged despite the fact I kept my orginal order with them (for goods worth over $500 australian dollars). This is a terrible way to deal with a customer who has just placed a substantive order with them. When I asked them to reconsider, I got crickets. Oh well, lesson learnt, will never deal with this mob again.

As others have stated this company processes your transaction and gives you absolutely no update what so ever on anything. For the three weeks chasing these people down. I only managed to get them on the phone once in regards to my order. I was told due to China lock down there's a bit of a delay. Mind you this was 5 days of not receiving any update. I had to be the one to call to find this out. Now two weeks later, endless phone calls that send you straight to voicemail and countless emails and nothing. Complete darkness. I had to file a claim with my bank to undergo an investigation with this company. They credited me my money and will now chase kensui down for the money. This is purely ridiculous. After some research which I'm mad I didn't do in the first place this company has only been in business since 2019. Probably just a bunch of stupid college kids that came up with an idea and have absolutely no idea how to execute the business behind it Stay away like others have stated.

Summary: Product not as described or high-quality. Company unresponsive to complaints (weeks-long process to get an answer). Company unwilling to accept fault when they substituted an item in my order without my permission. No-questions money-back guarantee not honoured. I bought three items, the EZ-Vest, the extra-wide padding for the straps, and the SWVL. After waiting several weeks for the product to be shipped they informed me they were holding the order due to one item not being in stock despite being listed in stock on the website. I also had to chase them for this information. Once I brought it up, they shipped the items separately. Then the item was not as described/pictured on the website and the quality of the finish was poor for a premium product. I chased them across email and the chat function on their website. Again, for several weeks. When I eventually received a response, I did NOT receive the no-questions-asked, no-hassle money-back guarantee advertised prominently on their website. Instead I was offered additional products that I did not want, reasons the product I received was better than the one I purchased, protestations that substituting an item without my permission does not violate a contract of sale (it does). I asked to be refunded and gave them over a week to do so. This process has now stretched on far enough. I cannot recommend dealing with Kensui in any way, shape or form.

Customer service leaves much to be desired. Communication on delays, shipping status, and overall coordination of the shipping issue were very slow response and vague. Product was ordered three weeks ago and still no update on when it will be shipped or can be expected to arrive. I made a separate order for a different item about 1.5 weeks apart from the first order, and there is even less visibility on the status of that one. Doesn't matter how good the product is if Customer Service leaves a very bad experience. Am about to request a refund soon. I do not recommend ordering from this company at all.
