Horrible! I never experienced such horrible customer service before. The hair I received was terrible quality and shedding. The representative basically told me nothing was wrong with it and I was the issue. Never again Kendras! Never again!

I paid $400 just to receive three of the most nappiest bundles I’ve ever purchased . I am disgusted , I can’t believe Kendra would even let this be shipped under her business name . I mean I asked for deep wave and this hair looks like curly crochet hair 🤮 . I used to love her hair because of the quality but honestly at this rate she won’t be in the top 5 of my list anymore .

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD.. I SPENT 600.00 for a full lace wig and I’m lost for words. the hair is TRASH straight up spongy mess. The full lace only lasted 1 day It feels like cabbage patch kids hair. When u comb it be prepared to have a comb full of hair, TANGLED MESS, NAPPY MESS, DRY MESS, OMG just a mess all over PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY OR YOU WILL BE PISSED!!!!!! That’s on life You have been WARNED..

I never ever EVER leave reviews but thought I had too this time, this hair is awful not even been 7 day’s In and it’s all matted to the point it needs cutting I could cry! the frontals are just scrags not even the Same curl pattern Iv spent £600 for the hair and for it to be like this in 7 days never again ! JOKE AND AVOID AT ALL COST

Customer service is horrible, her staff is very rude when you call and they aren’t that helpful.

I’m sad to write this review man. Everybody says they been ordering this for years.. ME TOO! I put everybody on to kendras. I just ordered hair 2 weeks ago and this is NOT Kendra’s! Period. Everywhere I go I’m shedding hair. That’s a NO! Like I know shedding is normal but this is terrible. If I didn’t pay so much for my install I would take this out and send it back. And the crazy part is I paid $40 more than I normally do. Come on sis! I don’t trust no other hair please don’t do this!!

I've been a loyal customer to kendra for over 4 years now, I've put sooo many people onto kendras hair I mean you would think I work for her... but I can not lie! The last 2 orders i received were trash! I usually order 3-4 bundles of body wave and a lace closure to match, I ordered in July 2019 and I thought it was just a bad batch, tangled, larges amounts of shedding closures balding out in less than 3 weeks, so I took a break and got braids in the meantime but i missed my weaves so I ended up ordering from kendras in December 2019 bundles and closure did not last a month terrible terrible hair I was sooo disappointed I hit her up on snapchat and she told me to call her company and reach out to customer service who was no help to me at all, over $700 down the drain smh
