Kendra's BoutiqueReviews of kendrasboutique.com

Great hair always. I have bought for years.

Great quality

I love Kendra hair. I been ordering this hair for years! Kendra is always so accommodating and her customer service is good.

The quality was fantastic I absolutely love it

The hair was great when I first got it but after washing it and wanding it it just looks puffy and gets a little tangled and ruff at the ends

I love their hair. I never had any bad experience with Kendra's hair. I reused my hair for a little over a year. The hair is really good that's why I always shop with Kendra. I just recently order more hair and I can't wait to get it install for my trip to Jamaica in May.

Hair is soft good texture and I will be ordering again soon.

Customer Service Is Horrible . Mind you I’ve been ordering from her for YEARS ! up until a few weeks ago I ordered over 1,000$ worth of hair and they NEVER shipped it out. I give it about 2 weeks to ship then I finally call & a lady says they didn’t ship it out because my shipping & billing address didn’t add up. What type of shut is that I had just moved & didn’t get time to change my address on my bank card. It’s never an issue anywhere else ! Then they stated that they issued me a REFUND & NEVER REFUNDED shXt !!! my bank even confirmed it ! I’m beyond pissed !
