I am incredibly happy with the quality of the hair. This is my first purchase with Kendra’s boutique. It will not be my last. My only concern was that the hair did have the “corn chip” smell. I have never experienced that with any bundles. When I initially opened them, I didn’t smell anything. As my stylist installed the bundles for my sew in, it was very noticeable. Overall still extremely happy with my purchase. Would just genuinely like to know if there is something that your company suggests to get rid of that smell?

Kendra's is consistently great hair

I've been buying bundles through Kendra for a year + now and I won't go back. Hair is an INVESTMENT.. IN YOURSELFFF. I used to buy $100 bundles everytime I got a sew in and I would throw them away after. I'm so glad I came across a stylist who recommended Kendra's Boutique for me! Im going to Bahamas next week and can't wait to show yall what my bundles look like installed.

I originally placed an order for 5 bundles of loose curl and only received 1 bundle. I called customer service the next day and not only was the issue resolved, but I was also able to change the texture of my order from loose curly to body wave. My order was changed and sent out the very same day. I received my order the next day. The communication and delivery is very satisfying and fast! The quality of the hair is soft and true to its definition. The ordering processing is simple and satisfying.
