I've been using Kelvin Designs products for quite some time and have been nothing astounded. With that being said, I recently took advantage of a special New Year offer they provided. Unfortunately, I forgot to enter the promo code and was billed over $2300 more than I should have paid. I immediately contacted their support and literally within minutes I was answered and credited everything I overpaid. Outstanding service. I'm super impressed...again. Thank you!
