Kelvin DesignsReviews of kelvindesigns.com

This company made me sign up for trustpilot. I'm receiving spam mails even though I never used any of their services. I think they got my mail from photoserge. You can't unsubscribe and they will not stop with the spam mails.

I purchased a preset pack for $ 97 on a special from Kelvin Designs on 6/19. I opened the pack to see that I had misunderstood what I had purchased. I thought I was getting 6 different packs. But all of the packs are about portrait editing. Eyes, Lips etc. I don't take portraits. I filled out their forms asking to refund me or to swap this pack for another pack that more closely met my needs. I have sent a second request. Notes on their website says 1-2 day turnaround. It is the 29th and I have heard nothing from them. Not even "we have received your request and will respond soon". I love to give glowing reviews any time I get a request. But I am deeply disappointed in their response so far which is basically NOTHING. I am now going to need to go to my bank and file a claim to get my money back. Maybe.

Kelvin Designs is a fraud. They charged my card (I have proof from Capital One Visa. I wrote down my password. But when I tried to download the software I purchased, and used my password, it rejected it. Their recovery link requires a password to reset it. A perfect ponzi scam.

Stop this company with their 30 accounts that spam you with useless emails.

I cannot believe this is a respectable company. I get inundated with emails presumably designed to make me "surrender", sign up and pay money! Several requests and the emails keep coming - and now from associated companies.. If they have to work that hard surely a SCAM

Nothing weht wrong. I have beenh extremely busy and have not had a chsnce to use your product. I have down loaded what i am looking for and hope I can start working with them this weekend.

I don't know who ripped off who, as I contacted both parties to see if one of them would have the integrity to step up, but maybe you can decide... Compare the two DIFFERENT websites and artists, yet very similar offerings, even down to the same testimonials for each, but from different authors. kelvindesigns dot com/landscape-ai-presets williampatinophotography dot com/adaptive-presets You'll have to put those websites together as TP doesn't allow links in their reviews. Again, I wrote to both of them. If I hear back from either one, I will update this review. Until then, I wouldn't trust the trickery, nor the fake reviews.

I ordered one of his products and paid through PayPal. No confirmation of the deal, nor the promised access code to download the product. Fishy...
