The web show I watched was very educational and insightful. That's what led me to make the purchases I did. However, I never saw nor heard any mention on what versions the downloads work on. I am a novice and work with CS5. I have no plans on upgrading at this time. So my purchases are not compatible. They were very easy to work with in getting a full refund. I absolutely will revisit their offerings if I decide to upgrade my software

I purchased some preset by mistake twice. I contacted Kelvin Designs and wanted a refund. It took 6 hours then I received the refund. I think it was fast because I live in Sweden (time difference).
