It’s unfortunate that there isn’t a negative star rating because 1 star is too many for the piss poor fraudulent service of this company! I placed my order on 11/15/24 and still no merchandise or refund. The useless and rogue emails are a joke. ‘Y order number is 59397. I’ve emailed them numerous times and no response…just automated fluff!! I just want my refund and I’ll never support them ever again!

I placed an order 11/23/2024, my wife wanted a jacket and showed me the Kelly Obi website to order from. I sent an email requesting the status of my order a week before Christmas. I attempted to go back on the website and it was down and suggested a "sister" website. I filed a BBB report with no response. I received an email 12/28/2024 from Kelly Obi stating there was a warehouse fire and that all orders from 10/24/24 to 12/27/24 had been cancelled and that returns would be issued. It is now 1/15/25 and I still haven't received a refund but their website is back up and my order shows as cancelled. They are a scam so BEWARE! I have all emails as proof and will provide for anyone thinking of purchasing ANYTHING from them. Their clothes look nice and their prices are amazing, however, you likely won't receive the products you see on their website, or ANYTHING at all.

Robbed. Over $500 ordered 9/28, full order not received until 11/1 due to warehouse fire. They sent 1 pc then the others. All not as expected for the price. Tried to request returns, 3 separate ones trying to navigate the system. Customer service was non-responsive then delayed and finally said they would send label to return. I assumed the label was for the entire order due to it taking over 2 weeks for a response and I sent EVERYTHING back with that label. Then received emails saying to do separately! Dana/ Russ in customer service gave the runaround. I listed all associated returns for the Order. Entire order with the exception of 1 item returned with proof from post office ( weighed box) # of items and all pics uploaded for return requests. They now have all merchandise, refunded for a single item (from the whole box proving they received it all) and have stopped all communication. Ongoing through December. Just reached out again. Thieves.
