If I could give it 0 stars I would
If I could give it 0 stars I would. With the old site towards the end was refusing many many receipts that were readable and very clear. However, this site refuses every receipt at least three times before it's accepted. Then for whatever reason it says it's blurry or it's unreadable or it has the wrong code or I have no verifiable products. I have been a Kellogg's family rewards member since the very beginning and I know enough to look at the participating products list for each special reward. Now it's telling me that white cheddar cheeze its and nutrigrain bar strawberry are not eligible for the Minecraft coins when I scanned the QR code on the back of the box to get to the site faster. I just complained to customer service yet again this is my last time I will complain because if it is not approved I will no longer be participating and maybe I will start buying store brands instead. I don't like when a company offers something say an incentive and then turns around and doesn't give it blaming on technological differences or human error, when the whole time it's just because they want people to get frustrated and not claim the rewards. Meanwhile they are collecting all kinds of data with every receipt we submit last four digits of our credit card or debit card our purchasing habits, our phone number our name, our address who knows where all that info is going. You know what never mind my complaint I'm going to back out of this program I just decided as I was writing this. They don't deserve my purchases I work hard for my money and they're wasting my time. :(
