For years this has been the worst company site I have ever tried to use. I don't give up because I absolutely love the Feeding Reading promotion- but seriously, hire someone to make the website functional! It is so aggravating. I end up having to contact customer service after every receipt is submitted to correct their errors.

I tried to get the Minecraft receipt in to get 350 Minecoins, and it won't even submit. I tried three different devices and it doesn't work.

The Kellogg's SwigMug promo is a scam! I uploaded the required receipts for 3 products but got credit for only 2. I've been unable to access the site since then but keep getting notifications to participate in other loyalty promos that'd take forever to produce rewards if at all. It's just the old bait and switch scam.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I uploaded a receipt the day it was expiring and since they didn’t get to it until the next day, it said it was past the 30 days! Don’t you look at upload time?! I received a token for my birthday but when I did a survey, I got 0 coins?!!! Even though it says no matter what you answered you get a coin! Total scam! Just an FYI, if you try upload a receipt, take a photo on iPhone camera roll and then when you go to upload it, change the size of the picture to less than the max. Not worth the aggravation anymore. I’ll stick with my Verizon monthly rewards that I just have to claim and get instantly.

I wish there was a 0. This is the sorriest app and website I have ever tried to use. Almost impossible to catch it on a good day. If they do not want you to participate and make it nearly unattainable they should take it down. Poor customer service. Get a clue Kellogg's !!!

pure crap it is

The entire website is a scam. My password was remotely changed, and it is insanely difficult to create an account. Also, none of the offers they say they can do actually happen. The account creating process is completely disrespectful to privacy. I was literally asked for my address and zip code. Like why tf would a food company want my address?? I applied for the 350 minecoins offer, and the website kept marking every password incorrect. I ended up getting locked out of my account. Never use Kelloggsfamilyrewards. EVER

The site never lets me log in correctly. Can’t reset password. Made a new account, same problems. What a scam. My kids begged me to buy your product for Minecraft coins. I should have just bought them coins and saved time. You should be ashamed.
