First time I tried uploading the receipt for 350 minecoins I got rejected because I missed the corners of the receipt which is fair enough. Tried a second time and now the submit button doesn't work. For something advertised everywhere this promotion falls flat because of how horrible the website is. Fix your website Kellogg's

Terrible Website This is probably the worse website ever! It doesn't work 80% of the times. Very slow. Very glitchy. Unbelievably bad from such a wealthy company. Their customer support is totally useless. All they know is "clear your cache". Nothing else!! Poor. Poor. Poor.

They have rigged all of their promotions to make every receipt, no matter how much it complies with their own requirements, to be rejected. 6 times I have uploaded one receipt for the Minecoins promotion. Once through the mobile site, twice through the website, and 3 times via text. Every time, they claim it is incomplete, missing the date, etc. I have even now circled the date and written, "date" beside the date on the photo. I have contacted them through their website twice about the failure of this promotion. They ran this promotion with no actual intentions of honoring it.

I just wasted over 45 minutes trying to submit my receipt for Minecraft coins!! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME and I still never got it to work. I submit receipts all of the time for rebates, points, etc. So, am I very familiar with how these incentives work and rarely experience any difficulty in the process. I can just imagine someone on the other end of the Kellogg's site just laughing at me for making such an effort to recieve a prize, knowing in advance it's not going to work. If only we could go back to the good 'ole day when kids actually received REAL prizes in their cereal boxes versus a virtual one.

SCAM!!! This program is a complete scam. The website continues to crash and never lets you get past the part after you've given all your information. When you try and verify with the emailed code, it says invalid and then you get the circle of death loading icon. Nothing happens!!!! Don't even waste your time with this!

They made a rewards system that simply does not work. Clicking the submit button to submit a picture of your receipt is like tapping your desk. It makes a sound and does nothing else. I've spent a while trying to submit my receipt. I have looked around to try to find someone to contact to get help from because the website is useless.
