The Kellogs family rewards does not work at all. even after logging in and authentication etc it does not allow to use the points and send the rewards you got. I bought 3 packs of Kelloggs corn flakes so i get a free 12 k cup coffee pack. when i try to log in it always tells 'sorry please try again'. Horrible company does no keep the promise for giving rewards.

Rebate was for one gallon of milk when you buy four boxes of cereal. I purchased four boxes of Kellogg's cereal and two gallons of milk. I submitted the receipt and it was accepted. A week later, I received a notice that my submission had been rejected. I didn't bother to try again, and I won't purchase a Kellogg's product again. Why bother going to the trouble when the company is only going to reject your submission. Ugh.

I have tried multiple browsers, have cleared history, cache, cookies, etc, and am STILL unable to log into my account. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SITE, IT IS HORRIBLE!

I bought a box of Kellogs cereal with the free book offer. I submitted the receipt and got an email saying the receipt was to old (it was only 5 days old). I resubmitted it with the date underlined and got an email saying it was accepted but I only got a couple hundred points and no book. You need thousands of points just to get a 50 cent coupon. I sent an email to their customer service dept but got no answer. Update: Finally got an answer from Kellogs. They didn't say what happened but they did say they would send the book I wanted which they did.

I am unable to log in from my cellphone. First off when I go to the website on my cellphone there is no link to login anymore. Mention this to them through Messenger and they send me a link to change my password. I change it through their link provided in my email which has a login link It gets accepted. Then I try to log in right after that using my new correct password and it says it doesnt work. And now my account is locked.I keep telling them the same thing and all u get is a link to change my password.

Ik heb meegedaan voor Pringles poloroid nu aktie. Ik heb 6 Pringles buizen hier. Alle loting nummers zegt invalide loting nummers zijn. Dan zegt eerste moet inloggen dat gebeurt bijna nooit. Ik probeerde contact opnemen om te vragen hoe en wat, dat ook niet gelukt. Ze moeten gewoon stoppen met soort waardeloze akties waar stuur de kinderen gek. Wat is er aan de hand ? Ik bedoel ze waren een goed bedrijf geweest. Geef een aktie om te meedoen waar moet je inloggen en dan altijd inloggen niet lukt is qua een valse aktie in mijn gevoel.

This program used to be great and worth my time. However, currently their site is often down, constantly locking accounts even when your info is accurate, security used is excessive and a joke. Links sent never work and now I’m locked out because their system doesn’t work at all. The rewards are a serious insult just like their coupons. Prices of items are double other products, yet they offer a .50 coupon or better yet a$2.00 coupon if you buy 5 boxes of cereal. What a scam. I stopped buying there products when double coupons stopped. Most stores won’t even take printed coupons any more so the coupons offered on line only are useless. I also noticed that newspaper coupons haven’t been in existence for a long time.If I could give a negative star review I would.
