The Kelloggs Family Rewards program is closing at the end of the year and they did not replenish their rewards for the last months as promised in this statement: "IF THE REWARD(S) YOU WANT ARE OUT OF STOCK, BE SURE TO CHECK BACK AS WE WILL CONTINUE TO REPLENISH REWARDS FROM NOW THROUGH POINTS EXPIRATION ON 12/31/2021." I have kept checking their website several times a day to no avail. I am very frustrated with this rewards program and cannot get any results from calling their help line as they just told me to keep checking back the website and that they would forward my concern to that department. I have been a loyal member since 2010 and accumulated many points and will now be forced to delete my account and will stop purchasing their products.

So we allow scams in our grocery stores? Wut tha freak, Kellogg's? What a SCAM. I bought a box of one of the items that qualities for a FREE BOOK/DONATE A BOOK. after making an account, and actually getting my receipt approved thru email.. I STILL didn't recieve my book credits. We're onto to you. Just read some more reviews, then come back to this one.

Had nothing but rejections on submissions, sometimes they'll mark an image as too close, then you resubmit the same image and they'll mark it too blurry. It's a scam.

Horrible, can't claim anything. Login never works, customer service is useless. Do not spend a dime.

After an hour of time trying getting past the registration because info submission just wouldn't load into the next page, I submitted the receipts and even double checked the photo to make sure the information was correct and within the requisites, I got an e-mail immediately saying it was not approved.

Awful. Website just loads everytime I put in my information. I've tried both on my laptop and phone. Nothing works. Terrible Site and terrible company. I will no longer be buying Kelloggs products and will advise everyone else to as well.

I have earned points and earned a free gallon of milk, however, when I attempt to log into my account to claim, I repeatedly receive the 'Sorry, please try again' message. There is no way to contact support regarding the issue because the site brings you in circles. Very aggravating! Then, you can't respond to the email address that you received your congratulations from because they state that its not monitored. Guess what? You are referred to the rabbit hole website that repeatedly sends a verification code to sign into your account only to receive the 'please try again' message. So, if you want to waste time and build a massive headache- THIS IS THE OFFER TO DO IT!
