Update: I have been getting emailed by keepmovinglogistics.net trying to persuade me to take down my review on trust pilot or they won’t give me a refund. They flagged my review as inappropriate and trust pilot disagreed. They are putting more work into stopping my review than just giving me my refund. I called the company back today. The representative didn’t want to give me his name and told me I’m not getting my money back and hung up the phone on me. After months, I’m still fighting for my refund. Keepmoving logistics is a complete fraud and a total rip-off. They failed to perform any of the services they promised, and now they refuse to refund my money. I have been trying to get my refund for three weeks, only to get the runaround. I spoke repeatedly with the customer service representatives Mike John and Thomas, as well as the supervisor John, and none of them have resolved the issue. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company

Scammers! Tell you one price and then almost triple the amount on you. They will not refund your deposit on fake quotes. Do not use this place.

This is a scam. They told me $950 to ship my truck. Then before pickup they said they will need $3600 at delivery. They are refusing to refund my deposit.

You can rest assured that there will be no hidden fees or surprises. We take pride in providing reliable service and transparent pricing. Please feel confident in working with us, and once you're ready, you can proceed with signing the contract. And this: There are no changes to the price. The quoted amount is final. The statement only refers to possible changes in pickup or delivery dates due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or carrier scheduling. Then, you guessed it, this morning, it was this: Sounds good. Let me go ahead and dispatch it to the driver. The driver is asking for $1395 upon delivery. Can I go ahead and send the driver for the pickup? He is just 10 miles away. When I pointed out that this was out of the question, I was called by their manager to say, we never promised that, it was an estimate. Um...read the texts ... So be warned. Stay clear.

Dear Keep Moving Logistics On March 4 , 2026, I contracted a car move for $575. Mike was my point of contact. Mike asked for extra money for an already contracted move. The company contracted at one price, when deposit was paid , they raised the price. When I asked for a refund mike said it's was 250 dollars for assigning the driver. I asked for a picture of my representative in Jacksonville with the car and delivery driver. I would have fulfilled my monetary obligation. The new price was more than twice the contracted price. That is called in the legal realm "Bait and switch". Not to mention, Mike was working through his personal Zelle to facilitate the transaction (please see attachment). Their response to the original message is nothing but lies!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use these crooks!!!!

I am still waiting for a refund after having an incredibly bad experience. I am considering legal action. Now they say next week. They took my money made excuses of how the pickup could not take place and now refuse to refund $724. Accident, truck breakdown, they have all of this mysteriously happen just as they will pick up vehicle. Then Sam had the audacity to request $200 to get my $524 back in refund. Now more excuses....now Monday for refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS FRAUD!!!!!!!!! Lawsuit to follow. Ypu are scum and I cannot emphasize this enough.I will not stop until things are made right, I would like a response.

They gave low price. They did not honor their price never heard from them on the day they was supposed to pick up. Now they refuse to refund my $125! But asking for a $200 cancellation fee from me 🥴

Run ! They are bait and switch on price ! Not once, twice but down to the delivery. The delivery transporter was polite and nice . Wish we had known to go directly with him! A small Honda Gron cost a deposit of 109.95 and WAS NOT DEDUCTED from the $800. as the text stated as a carrier discount! Started out as a 445. delivery! Again, PICK another carrier!!!!!!! Total cost for small bike on delivery ended up costing $ 909.!!!!!!!!!! Quoted $425., $625., $799. and took $109.95 deposit out of our account ! I was called and asked to remove my review for a discount on future shipping. Not offered the refund of our deposit! Only a fool would consider this transport broker! I have screenshots of each transaction! BBB complaint next Your reply is nothing but blatant lies! , We directly communicated with you on this entire nightmare. You did call and offer us a future discount to take down our review. We asked for a credit as we would never use or recommend your company! You are a crook and others need to be warned!
