Thank you for your feedback. We’re concerned to hear this, as our process is fully transparent — no order is finalized without the customer reviewing and agreeing to the terms first. We make sure every client understands the cost before any payment is made. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding, and we attempted to reach you for clarification but were unable to connect. Please reach out with your name or reference number so we can look into this and resolve it properly. — KeepMoving Logistics Support Team

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, though we would like to clarify some important details. Our records indicate that the quote you received was an estimated price, as clearly stated in our terms and conditions and in the written contract under the “Tariff and Estimated Price” section. All shipping quotes in the auto transport industry are based on market availability and carrier confirmation, which can affect the final rate. While every effort is made to honor the initial estimate, final pricing is confirmed only once a carrier accepts the shipment. When you chose not to proceed at the revised rate, your order was canceled, and a refund was processed as a partial refund per the terms you agreed to. We also want to note that we maintain complete documentation of all communications, including confirmations and refund details. We take customer satisfaction seriously and never engage in any misleading practices. If you would like us to re-review your case or resend your refund confirmation, please reach out directly to our management team at [email protected] So we can resolve this properly.

We regret the inconvenience you’ve experienced, but we must set the record straight. The delay was caused by a mechanical breakdown with the driver’s truck, which was outside of our control. Despite this, your vehicle has been transported, yet the agreed-upon balance has not been paid to the driver. Posting negative reviews while refusing to pay is both misleading and damaging. We fulfilled our part of the contract, and payment is still due. If this balance is not settled immediately, we will have no choice but to pursue legal action and report this matter for collection.

We’re sorry to hear your concerns. Our quotes are based on current market trends and carrier availability, which can fluctuate. The initial estimate is provided to help get started, but final pricing is determined by the carrier assigned and the timeline requested. There is no intention to mislead — all terms are outlined clearly in the contract. We always aim to be upfront about the process and appreciate your understanding. We requested the customer to provide further details regarding their review. Upon attempting to contact the provided phone number (727-893-7780), we discovered it belongs to the police department. Additionally, after checking our records, we found no customer under this name. Therefore, we respectfully request that TrustPilot remove this review as it appears to be fraudulent.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify that the $100 deposit was taken only after you signed a contract that clearly outlines the terms, including cancellation and refund policies. We invested time and resources to secure a carrier based on your request. Our pricing is based on market conditions, not false promises. We always work in good faith and within the terms agreed upon. Misleading accusations help no one.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We value all of our carrier partners and want to clear up any misunderstanding. There has been no intention to scam or delay payment—our Zelle account is currently under bank review, which has temporarily impacted our ability to send payments the usual way. We will adjust your pending payment with the next available order to resolve this. This is only a short-term workaround, and we’re doing our best to avoid any inconvenience. We truly appreciate your patience and partnership, and want you to know we value our carriers highly. Our goal is always to maintain a fair and professional relationship.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear about your experience. Our team always aims to provide accurate estimates based on current market conditions, but carrier rates can sometimes change due to availability and timing. We understand how frustrating that can be. We also want to clarify that you were issued a full refund, and we did not charge any cancellation fee, even though it was outlined in the agreement. We did this as a courtesy and in good faith. We’re taking your feedback seriously and working to improve communication to prevent similar situations in the future. If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
