Amazing products!!!

Came across the products in Gibraltar in what appeared to be a chic well set up store - lured in by high pressure on street sales people, but all seemed convincing and after the hard sell and visible facial benefits eventually purchased £315 eye care products. On return to the UK yesterday shocked to find not only that transaction but a second for £745. Alerted c/c company to the fraudulent transaction and investigations underway but left a very sour taste and 'buyer beware' caution to those reading this. Addendum 9/08/19: It is more than a year since I wrote this review and today I received a request via Trustpoilot to contact Kedma. I have replied reminding them that I did so following their reply to my initial post in June 2018 at which time I supplied copies of all associated information. After a few days they ceased communication and did not resolve the problem, subsequently my bank took over the matter and it was resolved through their system.

Ich wurde in einer Einkaufspassage in München angesprochen und mir wurde gesagt es gäbe heute ein " Geschenk ". Als ich im Laden war wurde ich auf einen Stuhl in einer Ecke gebeten und der Verkäufer verwickelte mich in ein Gespräch. Er fragte was mir Wichtig ist eher der Körper die Hände oder das Gesicht. Ich habe geantwortet das Gesicht. Daraufhin wurde mir vorgeschlagen eine Gesichtsmaske mit Mineralien aus dem Toten Meer zu testen. Die Maske wurde auf eine Gesichtshälfte aufgetragen und dann musste ich 7 Minuten warten. Danach wurde noch ein Anti Faltenfluid für die Augen aufgetragen und meine Nägel mit einem speziellen Schwamm poliert. Diese sahen danach sehr schön aus. Nach dem Entfernen der Maske und auftragen einer Tagescreme fühlte sich die Haut sehr gut an und die kleinen Fältchen um die Augen waren auch etwas weniger. Dann rückte der Verkäufer mit dem Preis für alle Produtkte raus ( Handcreme, Nagelset, Tagcreme, Nachtcreme, Maske, und das Antifaltenfluid, ) dafür sollte ich über 400,-€ bezahlen. Angeblich würde das alles für 2 Jahre reichen. Nach dem ich abgelehnt hatte wurde ich weiter bedrängt und mir wurde andere Artikel vorgeschlagen zu einem günstigeren Preis. Jetzt sollte ich für die Maske das Nagelset das Antfaltenfluid und zwei Peelingprodukten mit Salz aus dem Toten Meer 160,-€ bezahlen. Da der Verkäufer sehr aufdringlich war und ich endlich gehen wollte habe ich mich schließlich breitschlagen lassen und habe dem Kauf zugestimmt. Da ich mit Karte bezahlt habe habe ich nicht mehr auf die Anzeige auf dem Kartenlesegerät geachtet. Ich wollte nur noch weg. Als ich dann Zuhause die Rechnung angeschaut habe waren es über 300,-€ die von der Karte abgezogen wurden und die Wirkung des Antifaltenfluids war auch wieder weg. Daher kann ich diese Marke nicht empfehlen, denn wer solche Verkaufspraktiken nötig hat, der kann wohl nicht mit seinem Produkt überzeugen. HÄNDE WEG!

I purchased the Handy Kit with a 50% discount. Original Price was 51.14€ (59.95$) and I got a discount of 25.57. They charged 13.64€ for shipping. I got called from customs as it was not clear for them what was in the Package. Kedma had an invoice on the package of 59.95$ which was the price before discount. Therefore customs (from DHL Express) charged me around 18€ for customs and fees. This was because Kedma didn’t mark it properly for customs (they should mark it at cosmetics) and they sent the wrong invoice (59.95$ instead of 29.98$). Product is good but I will not buy there again due to unexpected additional costs which are caused through Kedma
