I have to praise Kedma USA I Purchased a Venofye Eye Beelift from the Kedma Store in Gibraltar unfortunately the applicator dispenser of the Venofye Eye Lift Product became faulty after only 5 applications and I was informed it would last up to 2 years . I contacted Kedma in USA by email who replied promptly and said that the Venofye products were not affiliated to them in anyway, but as they were aware of the store would forward my email on to the Gibraltar store. Ronen from Kedma went out of his way to help me by keeping in contact with me and making sure my issue was being delt with even though it was not one of their products I had a quick response from Dimitri the store manager at Kedma Gibraltar who advised me that they would send me a replacement product which I was delighted to hear. I have now received the new Venofye Eye lift applicator thank you Kedma You are a truly a trustworthy company
