Terrible as in zero positive results from products. Scam. Do not purchase. These products ARE legitimate KEDMA. WASTE OF $$. The under eye peptide serum does not work. Ten days of use and zero result. Waste of money and now they do not answer my inquiries.

KEDMA has high quality products but its online order service was poor. Can’t tracking goods properly from Australia app called SHOP which isn’t a streamlined with their America tracking system. Service team responded to my request was slow and only can tell me their America tracking link which doesn’t help at all. Disappointed with the service otherwise I will be their long term customer.

Una de las peores experiencias que he tenido. Me sentí maltratada y engañada, se ponen en plazas de prestigio para hacerte creer que son honorables, y NO lo son! Te atraen a la tienda y te muestran productos que venden en $10,000, $20,000 y más de $50,000, terminan haciéndote descuentos mayores al 50% (primer indicio de engaño, inflan sus precios para hacerte creen que te están dando descuentos) y te regalan un facial para que sea aún más atractivo. Tras mi compra, me puse a investigar la marca y el producto (ya que nunca lo había escuchado, otra mala señal) y me encontré con páginas oficiales de gobiernos extranjeros diciendo que productos de la marca no están aprobados por la FDA para su venta. Al ver esto me preocupé e investigué mas, lei comentarios de experiencias de clientes en México y fuera del país, la mayoría altamente negativos. Mientras tanto, empecé a desarrollar irritación en la piel, me aplicaron producto en la tienda. Por todo lo anterior decidí regresar a hacer devolución del mismo. Al llegar recibí el peor de los tratos del gerente, un hombre creo colombiano, ciertamente muy diferente a cómo me trataron cuando querían convencerme de comprar. Logré hablar con su superiora por teléfono, y terminó diciéndome que el maltrato que recibí por parte del gerente había sido mi culpa por solicitar la devolución. Le pregunté a la supervisora si era posible que me compartiera información de los certificados oficiales de la marca, dado lo que encontré online y ya que no hay información en su página web, Y SE NEGÓ A HACERLO argumentando que no era obligación de la empresa hacer esto y diciendo que no le importaban estos comentarios. Siento un compromiso de alertar para que más gente no caiga en este engaño y no pasen por una situación tan desagradable.
