Ordering was easy, shipping was fast and I love the products; day and night moisturizers.

I bought what I thought was a new product from a resellerbut turned out to be a used tester, with an incomplete bottle, defective packaging, and no protective cellophane wrapping. Upon attempting to return or replace the product at the stand the following day, we were denied a refund or replacement and were forced to choose a different product of unequal value, without the option of receiving the price difference back. Worse, Kedma 'customer care' does not reply to emails, neither does their facebook page.
