I HIGHLY recommend Keap for any start-up business as well as an established business. I've used several other platforms and none of them have been anywhere near as powerful and flexible as Keap. There's nothing that I've wanted to do in my marketing, customer retention and tracking that I haven't been able to do with Keap. It's very user friendly and the support is fantastic!

Best automation, tracking and software application that exists that will take your company to the next level! I started with Infusionsoft by Keap three years ago as a start up company and the Keap application has helped me reach new clients and seal the deal in a way I didn't even know was possible. I even got my husband to believe in the application, he now uses it for his construction company and it's helping him and his team on many levels! I highly recommend Keap, it's worth the money!

Worst Customer service I have ever dealt with a company in my life. The process to cancel is terrible and have to jump through every single hoop imaginable to even think about canceling. Not only that but I signed up for the software to receive specific sms automation that was never rolled out to my account for 4 months. During this time they told me I should have had access to it and it was not given to me. Now they are threatening to send my account to collections over them not updating my login to include the sms. Never deal with them.

Awful customer support. No one has any answers! My account was upgraded and I still cannot get the information I need in order to properly run my company.

I have been using Keap for about a month and the software itself worked and I enjoyed it. HOWEVER, apparently this company is only for super small businesses. I was unable to look at my reports past 30 days and I was unable to see who was paying me through invoicing. I was told that if I upgraded my account that I would be able to get all the reporting and information I needed. But when I upgraded to the PRO account, I STILL was not able to view any of the reports I needed. All I wanted to see what who paid on what invoice and when, but apparently you can only view stuff like that on the infusionsoft platform directly. So why even have a platform like Keap???? Not even the customer support rep could give me a proper answer. What a waste of time and money.

STAY AWAY. THEY WON'T LET ME CANCEL. I paid more than $1,000 to open an account with these guys, and paid over a $100 month for about two years. The business venture which I bought for this account was wound up, and I made a polite request to cancel our subscription. They insisted that I schedule a call with one of their account managers ("A verbal conversation with a CSM is required for all account changes"), so I did. And I've now been sitting by the phone for fifteen minutes, waiting for their Customer Service Manager to call me. She never did. And my time has been wasted. I don't want to talk to one of their reps. I just want to stop having our company credit card charge $100+ every month for a service I no longer require and no longer use. Is that such a big ask?

I am amending my review of Keap technical support for their software platform Infusionsoft. Since I wrote the review, Keap reached out to me directly, assigned a support manager to my case and, ultimately, solved the problems. The manager assigned to the case was dedicated to understanding my objectives and to identifying the issues that were causing the problems. Once he was sure he understood the problem, he brought in the right personnel to solve the situation. The first part of that process required a few conversations. But once he had his arms around the issue, we solved the problem in one very efficient phone call. So, while the initial response from Keap left me aggravated enough to write the review below, they deserve Kudos for the way they ultimately solved the problem. My faith is restored. I'm changing my 1-Star rating to a 4-Star rating. Original review follows: The customer support at Keap for their software platform Infusionsoft is abysmal. Online chat agents are quick to send links to pre-packaged responses and how-to videos, but it's clear from their responses that they haven't really listened and don't fully understand the problem. I go through an issue like this with them almost every year. This has been the worst. I started a chat session on Jan 2 and after it proved useless, I started a second chat session with a different agent. Again, the response offered did not fix the problem - indeed, it didn't even address the right issue. I received an email from the agent and replied to it letting her know that we still had a problem but never heard back. A week later I received a phone call from an agent who called me back daily for three days trying to get to the bottom of my problem but then she, too, stopped calling. Out of the blue I received an email one week ago inquiring about my problem and with promises to fix it and promises to call me. No fix yet. No phone call yet. I've sent three emails in the last three days and no one replies.

I have been using Infusionsoft/Keap for over three years so this is a very experienced review. I have been in IT for 20+ years and have been running an online business for 10+ years. The last call to technical support was the anvil that broke the camel's back. I sell digital products for download. While on a call with customer service, it took them an hour to figure out how to allow someone to get their digital product after purchase. Then, I had to call back again because the "thank you" page was not working. These are very basic and simple aspects of shopping cart. This, and everything else in Keap is EXTREMELY complicated. Use anything else but this system.
