Outstanding support and customer relationships. Our business has been using Keap for the past two months now. Well, what an experience! Training has been outstanding and fantastic, and now other businesses that I deal with do not come close to the support that Keap provides. Keap makes sure you understand their product and will show you how to get the best for your business. I am absolutely sold on Keap. The platform is really easy to work on and improvements are being done all the time. Well done, and making sure your customers feel valued!.

Keap and infusionsoft have changed my life.

I wish I had switched to Keap a long time ago. I’ve been able to incorporate 3 services that I was paying separately for and have it all work so well together. The email campaigns are a breeze to set up and the on boarding guidance I received was excellent. Having the email service attached to my client communication and invoicing is allowing me to manage my business in ways I never thought possible, giving me total control. The only thing I would like to see changed is how the recurring payments are processed. I’m looking forward to growing my business with Keap.

In June I had a demo on Keap. It has been everything that they said it was. Easy to use to say the least. I missed the video's showing how to do everything and set up an appointment. Even without the video's I was able to easily set up my profile. I had even accomplished mass emails.

I spent a lot of time researching different software to help me streamline my business processes and Keap was the winner! I was looking for a product that could help me save time and increase sales and it has done both. I love that Keap has a great dashboard where I can see all of my clients and prospects in one place and see if they have paid an invoice, have a task I need to complete, have an appointment scheduled, and I can automate my business pipeline. This software makes me look more professional with appointment scheduling, invoicing, and streamlined client communication.

Awful awful experience with Keap. The software is fine when using it but if you try to leave they make it excruciatingly difficult. Very hard to find out how to cancel. When you do the form won’t work (error message). It says you have to get a call back in order to cancel - wth?! All the while they are charging you. Eventually got hold of someone via live chat who said someone would call me back. Didn’t get a call for over a week (still being charged a fortune). Hideous hideous company. Avoid!
