KeaBabiesReviews of keababies.com

Great customer service. Easy to work with, speedy replies.

I bought the hand and feet set. The delivery was fast and the set was as expected. I am very pleased with the quality. After registering and sending an email to the team, the complimentary gift was sent right away. I was very pleased with it.

Keababies is my favorite baby supply shop. Just had my first child, and have already ordered a few extra things that I didn't realize I needed. Keababies makes high quality products for a very reasonable price, and I love the amount of color/pattern options.

I received a bib with a hole in it and reached out to KeaBabies. They sent the whole pack again, I really appreciated that. I was only expecting a replacement of the one bib. I have been using KeaBabies for most of my baby’s feeding items and really like the quality and care they put into their products. Will be continuing to purchase from KeaBabies!

I’m really impressed with both the product and the service. The bath towel is soft, high-quality, and beautifully made. My first towel had a small flaw, but the customer service team responded quickly and kindly after I reached out. Once I provided my order details and a photo, they immediately arranged a replacement. The new towel is perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Great customer service and resolution. I feel like I can trust in continuing to purchase products from Keababies.

These bibs are so soft and absorbent for my drooly & spitty babe. I ordered an 8 pack, after all the bibs were washed, and most were worn, i realized one was missing one side of the snaps. I emailed support, THEY REPLACED THE WHOLE SET! I would have been happy with the one bib replaced. Highly recommend!

The customer service I received was top notch. Very helpful, compassionate and understanding. If ever I need the products they provide, I’ll will absolutely purchase from KeaBabies again!! Definitely high quality staff and products!!
