I never got my package and this company is unwilling to help in anyway. It is very upsetting. Not a company I will ever order from again.

The WORST company ever and not recommended, wonder is the rate is purchase instand of pure good review. As a fresh graduate eager to start my journey in digital marketing, I receive an offer from a company after going through a 3-round recruitment process that spanned nearly three weeks. One of the rounds even took three hours to complete. However, I was surprised and disappointed that the final interview lasted less than 10 minutes—especially when I had to arrange it during my travels. It felt rushed and meaningless, which made me question the purpose of such an intense process. Despite these red flags, I was offered the position. I had already resigned from my previous job with a two-month notice period, as I have in good faith and anticipation of starting the new role in Keababies. But shockingly, the company later withdrew the offer, like just 1 month period something that wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand or even didn't compesate. This experience was disheartening. The recruitment process lacked transparency and fairness, and left me jobless through no fault of my own. I believe companies need to be held accountable for the impact of their decisions, especially when they affect someone's livelihood. A clear, structured, and humane recruitment process matters—not just for the company’s reputation, but also for the well-being of job seekers who trust the process.

I didn’t realize that the glass can’t go right from the fridge to the microwave when I bought it , which is essential for daycare, and I’ve emailed twice trying to return them and haven’t heard back. It’s been a couple of weeks.

I can’t get it to fit, or lay flat without twisting or scrunching up. It says it’s up to size 24, but I’m size 14 and I can’t get it to tie around my waist.

My order arrived damaged and they made it so difficult to obtain a refund! Not impressed!!! I sent pic evidence too!

I ordered swaddle wraps before my baby was born. Once the baby arrived I went to use them and the quality was awful. They can’t be used in a safe way for baby to sleep in. I reached out to see if they could extend their return policy and denied any worthwhile solution - they just repeated their policy. Sad to see that a company making baby products that most people buy in advance of a baby being born has such an inflexible policy. Total waste of money!
